Poor company policies. Online purchases get 30 days to return from the date of purchase. Not from the date of delivery of goods. How is that a fair policy?

I haven't been to Gurnee since I was a teenager! My husband surprised me with a mini shopping spree, which turned out to be a spree for the kids because I'm just that kind of Mom! Lol. Anyways, we got here in the afternoon. You are required to wear a mask upon entering any store. Some stores did monitor capacity, so there was a line but they seem to move quickly. The food court did not have many options, and many of the restaurants were closed. On our way out we began to notice all the different activities for the kids. They have a bungee attraction and a train that goes around the mall. Next time we visit, we'll be sure our little guy has some fun! I like that there's lots of space to just sit and relax in the mall and they're accompanied by charging stations.

Gurnee Mills is an indoor building and let's their patrons ignore the state's orders and congregate without face coverings. Security says the policy applies for the stores and in the public areas they are unable to enforce it. Please avoid this cesspool

Gurnee Mills is a great outlet mall where I've spent countless hours. It's IL's largest indoor shopping and dining center with over 200 stores. The layout could be a little more efficient if the mall was circular, but instead you have to walk back the same way to get back to your car.....| _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . The place is ghetto. The place is extremely hot, I was so uncomfortable. All the stores are a mess. I understand it's outlet mall, could be kept up better!

I have mixed feelings about Gurnee Mills mall. I'm glad it's there as an option when in need of an alternative shopping plan, but in general I find it to be hit or miss...and a bit of a hassle. Unless you have a ton of time to really shop, I find the crowds and busy parking can really kill your vibe. Have a game plan and stick to it. It's a good idea to know what you're looking for. Some of the stores are clearance stores and pretty picked over, especially when it comes to sizes.Want to enjoy your shopping experience without the crowds? Get there right when they open. Yesterday we had some last minute Xmas shopping to do, and it was such a pleasure to be able to walk around and not bump into anyone! BTW, if you're planning a shopping spree to Gurnee, wear your comfy shoes and be prepared to walk a LOT! The mall is huge, and the entrances do not connect. You have to back track quite a bit. The plus side, is that Gurnee Mills isn't as far away as it seems. Aside from the fact there is absolutely no signage to direct you there...and I mean NO SIGNAGE...your trusty GPS will help you make it. We tend to frequent Tilly's, Nike, Adidas, and we've even been to Vans a few times. Basically we go where our kids want us to go. The Zumiez store seems to always have more stock than Schaumburg, especially with regard to accessories. It was totally worth the drive yesterday...just for a token hat in orange (my son neeeeeeded this hat). All in all, it's a great place to browse and get some serious exercise! If you do happen to pass through the food court on the way to the bathrooms, watch your head, because there are birds flying around (and resting on tables). I think they should make designated bird houses. LOL!They have a Maurices store! That is a total blast from my past from when I was a kid.

Ahhh, Gurnee Mills... I don't go to Gurnee Mills as often as I liked, but when I do, I usually enjoy myself. I remember visiting Gurnee Mills as a kid, watching and waiting for the cool animatroinc inventor to fly above me in his flying contraption and into his barn. The barn, too, would make sounds, like someone was tinkering. That, sadly, is no longer there. It stopped running years ago, but there were, up until 2017, some remnants of it. Now, you would never know that iconic Gurnee Mills animatronic ever existed. (If you look up Gurnee Mills Flying Man or Gurnee Mills Barn, you'll see what I'm talking about.)This last time I went was yesterday, which was Black Friday. That, I would NOT recommend, because, as you can imagine, the mall was jam packed with people. Do yourself a favor and hit up Gurnee Mills on a day that isn't the most popular shopping day in the States. Gurnee Mills has some great stores. There's a bunch of jewelry store outlets, a Disney Store Outlet, Hot topic, Box Lunch, Too Cool, Books a Million, It'Sugar, Pink, Wilson's Leather and more. Not all the stores are outlet stores, but many of them are. There's also a ton of places to eat, both of the sit down and food court variety. They've recently remodeled and it looks great. The mall itself is a live, unlike so many dying malls. We're lucky that Gurnee Mills has successfully kept itself going. The only downfall of this mall is the layout. It's not a circle where you can see all the sites and not have to really backtrack. Gurnee Mills is designed so you start at one end, to go the other and then have to basically backtrack to where you started. It's a pain when you are on a tight schedule or it's crowded. However, this is a great mall when you have time to wander about!
