A particularly popular service is the Curbside pick-up, which is described as fantastic, fast, simple, and very convenient. Orders are often ready in less than an hour. The dedicated Curbside Parking is at the far west end of the building near the Lawn and Garden Section, with service available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delivery people are also noted as fast and efficient. However, experiences can vary. One customer reported a negative interaction with a rude and disrespectful employee in the appliance section who was condescending, making them upset enough to leave. Despite this isolated incident, many customers love the place, find it therapeutic, and plan to return.
CHanging my rating to a 3 recent trips are nothing special, just what one would expect.... so boring and 3 stars reflect this.
