We used the Curbside pick up at Gurnee and the service was fantastic! We will continue to use this option as it was fast and simple. We placed our order and it was ready to be picked up in less than an hour. The delivery people were fast and efficient as well.

I am very disappointed after my trip yesterday Sunday June 30th 2024. I was with my son when I went up to a worker, she was around 60 years old maybe pushing 70, was a red head and I believe her name is Robin. I asked her where I can find a certain kind of flower and I showed her a picture, she proceeded to say she does not know because she didn’t send me that picture. She started to raise her voice at me and yell across the room while I was walking away trying to avoid confrontation, I should also mention that she started to walk backwards as she seen me asking for her help like if I was a threat. I’ve never in my 45 years of living here have I experienced this kind of treatment at my local Home Depot. Very disappointed and I hope the management team can do something about this. Thank you.

I use the Curbside Delivery option with Home Depot. In Gurnee, that service is available 9-6 (where they will bring out your online purchases to your vehicle...very convenient)> The Curbside Parking stalls are at the far west end of the building, near the Lawn and Garden Section Use the app to let them know you're on the way, and that you arrived.
If you arrive before 9 a.m. or after 6 pm, simply go inside the doors to the help section immediately on your left, and they will have your purchase preloaded on a cart, for you to take it out to the car

I’m giving 3 stars due to my experience today, I’ve always had a good experience in this store, I come here all the time, i love this place, the employees are always nice and helpful, i find it very therapeutic in here, today was a different story altogether, the woman that worked in the appliance section this morning was rude and disrespectful and seemed like she hated her job, we were looking for microwaves and I found one, I really like the way it looked I guess they didn’t have it in stock so we requested if we could buy the display one, the woman stated oh that’s too much work, you can buy one of those over there, pointed at some random boxes on the floor with used /opeaned/ returned ones and said you can’t be picky…. So we requested if we can see a manager to ask the if they would consider it, my situation is a little different you see , I’m a Disabled Veteran who fractured my spine in service and I can’t mount a microwave to the wall myself, my spouse who is active duty 19 yrs and counting flew in to come help me and had to leave in a day so he was just trying to help me, that woman had an attitude and call some manager on the phone who said no, so no worries, the woman then mentioned that it’s so expensive to get one installed the way she said it and her attitude it’s like she implied that we couldn’t afford installation, she was very condescending and rude it made us very upset so we left and went to Best Buy instead, we found the same microwave
, but thanks for the veteran parking and hope y’all have a great Memorial Day weekend.
