My son has attended kindercare for a year and after multiple injuries with no explanation, my son resulted with a fractured elbow. As always, with no reason as to how it happened. My son slowly became depressed and with the footages that was being sent through the app I've noticed he's no longer the kid that I initially brought in. Now he is healthy and still recovering after 2 surgeries from the fractured elbow. He looks more alive and happier with the caretaker he is at.

Be very careful about putting your kids in this daycare. Starting from the director to the teachers/teachers aids. A lot of illegal stuff goes on in the office. A lot of teachers (Mady, Gabriela, Tara and Katie) abuse the kids are mean to the kids. Directors (Jessica and Ashleigh) (Danielle also before she left) are always talking about other staff members to others also talk bad about families and the kids. I won’t name the families that isn’t fair to them. Even when told the director don’t do anything but say she will take care of it. To the bogus lunch menu that they don’t even serve. Always the same nasty food. Half the time the pictures teachers take of the kids are staged and done real quick. This is basically a state ran daycare so you get the care of what you pay for. I wouldn’t even send my fish to this daycare. To top it off an infant was given max n cheese knowing she is allergic and was taken out by ambulance. Of course the incident report was written up with all false information like they always do. The incident reports are false written that is what they do to cover their staff.

Bringing our child back to school was a difficult decision, and this team made it as easy as possible for us. Things are a bit different from our first KC facility; but during the pandemic, what is normal? Like everything in life nothing is perfect; but we plan on sticking with KC Gurnee. The staff are always friendly, our daughter loves her time there, and we greatly appreciate all they offer to help her develop.

Absolutely love this center. The teachers, aides and staff are all so kind and welcoming. I feel confident in knowing my chid is receiving the best care and education that help transition him into school.

We have been here for about a month and I’m so happy !!! My daughter adjusted so quickly after being home with me for months and months. Any questions I have are quickly answered. They have been flexible with my schedule. I feel my daughter is in a safe place she loves !!! At the end of the day, she doesn’t want to leave. Thank you all so much !I wanted to update my review now that we’ve been here since July and now it’s the end of December. I really really love this daycare. My daughter is happy to go every day. There’s always great communication if I have questions. They are consistent and honestly pretty strict with covid guidelines so we have had no issues. I cannot recommend them enough and am so happy with my choice to send my daughter here.

Beginning of the year it was rough, they failed to inform me during the day of accidents my kids had untill they got picked up. They are doing pretty well now for the standards of [mine] by calling me or messaging on the app regarding any accidents right away. I would give a 3 start regarding clothing and missing socks, hat. They always seem to come home with 1 or no socks on. I would love for them to keep their shoes on at all time unless they are to small than I totally understand. I know it's hard for 2.5 years old to wear mask but I do feel this is a necessary part of society now a days to start them. I feel older kids as well should be wearing mask. My kids have gotten sick several times due to daycare. Its inevitable but half the times my kids are not sick. They just poop to much. I do understand the guidelines with covid now. Honestly, truly appreciate this daycare and how well they have done with covid measures and keeping my kids safe.I would recommend.I appreciate the more informed contact regarding my kids. Thank you to the staff!! I truly appreciate you guys.

Omg where do I start, ok so the Director whose name is Danielle do not care about how her employees treat the kids there, my son is a little behind and the Teacher who was in the room with my son didn’t help with the E-learning. They try to make your kid out to be the problem when it’s really the staff who have the problem not the children and the list goes on. I would never recommend this Daycare to anyone So please Parents listen And beaware and know that your child most likely is telling the truth.!!

KinderCare has been great for my daughter. When she started at 2 years old, she did not talk. KinderCare has helped her tremendously to develop her speech, social skills and education. She is shy and they take the time to make her feel comfortable. I feel very lucky to have found a childcare I can trust with my daughter.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was a 1 year old (she is now 4 years old.) They do a lot of activities. She is excited to tell us about what she is participating in and learning about. The staff are easy to talk with and have a genuine interesting in the child.

I’m a new parent with the facility and my child is in the infant room. For the most part I love the center also the daycare workers in the infant room. When I ask them to work with my child on certain things like tummy time they do it. My child seems to have stayed on a consistent eating schedule but not sleep schedule. The only thing that bothers me is that my child stuff (clothing) ends up missing from time to time and I have to hunt people down for it and one time I did not get my stuff back.

Never did I think I would ever find a daycare like this one. The ladies treat my son like one of their own and make my day SO much easier knowing he's in the best of hands. Never will I change daycares as long as these people are there to greet him every morning.
