Such an amazing crew! I called in advance and Corey told me how to find them, upon pulling in a lovely gentleman immediately greeted me and was so very kind. They gave me thorough info on what was needed now and what I will need to do in future. The true impressing factor was the team worked TOGETHER! And they actually seemed to have fun and enjoy the service they provide. Seldom seen in today's workplace. All goes back to leadership. I will be back and will recommended to everyone I know. ZERO STARS! After getting my oil changed there, I had somebody tell me there was something hanging from my car while I was driving on the road. I looked underneath and saw the debris shield hanging down. I went to another jiffy lube neatby and they said they could put it back up for me but they would have to charge me for it. So, they put it back and then the debris shield came down again, this time I took it back to Gurnee jiffy lube and they asked me if I wanted it torn off and left off for good, and I said no and they did their best to put it back up. I took it to a repair shop and they said that I needed a new debris shield so I paid the repair shop to put a new one on. The next time I went to the jiffy lube location to get my oil changed, I explained all this to them and they just said we're sorry about that, and made no offer to compensate me.
