I recently visited Gurnee Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, a gentleman warmly greeted me and graciously opened the door to my car, setting the tone for the outstanding customer service that followed. Immediately after, Dan welcomed me with his trademark hospitality and expertly directed me to where I needed to go and offered me coffee. The entire team at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to provide outstanding service that truly exceeded my expectations.One of the standout aspects of their services was their impeccable customer care. It felt like I was being treated at a five-star, AAA Five-Diamond resort. From opening the door to my car upon arrival and departure to Dan and the teams genuine interest in how my day was going. Every interaction was marked by professionalism and attentiveness. Dan and the teams sincere engagement made me feel valued as a customer, and their willingness to engage in meaningful conversation truly set this experience apart.Moreover, the efficiency with which they performed the oil change was remarkable. Despite being quick, they didn’t compromise on quality, ensuring that the service was thorough and meticulous.Overall, I can’t thank the team enough! They truly exemplify what exceptional customer service looks like. Something that’s hard to come by nowadays so I appreciate them keeping it alive. I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you!

Special shout out to Andrew and the crew there. I pulled up at JL right after getting off of work and they got me in and out. Not to mention him and the rest of the team stayed later than closing to help me with my lights. These guys made me feel like a valued customer and I can’t thank you gentlemen enough. This is the location you want to come to get your oil changed they rock!!!

Been here several times. Never a negative experience. Last visit they informed me I did not need an oil change. Most places would probably do the work so they could charge me. Good job fellas.

Amazing staff and customer service! They did an incredible and efficient job when I went there to get my oil changed! I was in there for about 5 minutes and they were able to change my oil, vacuum my floor mats and clean my windows as well as other things that are included in a simple oil change! I will definitely be coming back here every time I need an oil change or any other service they provide!

Andrew and Matt were AMAZING! I started my Jeep on moving day and it threw a check engine light. In 2ish hours, they did a full check, fixed a separate headlight issue, and told me to come back if it comes on again. 10/10 recommend.Services: Electrical

I needed a synthetic oil change for my car, and the team at Gurnee Jiffy Lube were incredibly thorough. They also found a few issues I didn’t know about and took care of everything within an hour. Super nice staff, and very fun to work with. I’ll absolutely be back to this Shop for more maintenance.
