The room stunk of cigarette smoke but the front desk immediately looked for another room which they were able to switch us too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were kept up and clean

Whoever typed up this memo for the elevator clearly UNfortunately wishes they could smoke weed on the job (and they probably do anyway based on the smell of the hallways in the lobby at night!)
For a supposedly NON-smoking facility, a lot of smoking goes on, including by what seems to be the permanent residents. FORtunately, if you care about your lung health, most of the rooms themselves are fine. You just gotta hold your breath until you get to it. The mattresses and bedding and the quality of the room itself is still on brand for Windham. All in all, you’re at least getting what you pay for! Much gratitude.

Very clean and staff very responsive. We stayed 5 nights and needed some toiletry replacements. Staff responded immediately each time.

First off based on the reviews I was scared to book but I had no choice since we didn’t get notification of my son’s graduation from the Naval Base till the last minute. Most hotels were booked solid so I had to book this location. Let me tell you I was scared unnecessarily. This hotel was on point. The room was huge . The bed comfortable . Sheets clean room clean. Service phenomenal. They let me see the room and inspect it prior to running my card for payment or deposit. They were ready for me. I will definitely book again!!! Do not go by another persons experience base it on yours. Room #318 This is a real review cause I don’t play if I’m not happy . However I praise when praise is due!!! La Quinta definitely earned this review

GINA was so kind ! She helped me with all needs , she had a big beautiful smile that made me feel welcomed! She explained things very well when there was a misunderstanding about my reservation and didn’t make me feel embarrassed but problem solved for me the rooms look updated they even have lights above the beds that go alone the headboard! Enjoyed our stay

After a 8 hour flight, with my 5yr old grandson...We walked in and was GREETED with the WARMEST WELCOME! Now I'm just counting down the seconds to see my Sailor graduate 10/10 Definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at La Quinta Inn and would never recommend it to anyone. I arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel, only to be told that I couldn’t Check IN. My card my stolen the same day. The room was already paid for and only needed to authorize my card for deposit. I ask her if she could take apple pay or manually type in my card number but she didn’t bother to help. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they just kept repeating that there was nothing they could do. I had plans to stay for whole 2 weeks but now I will take my business somewhere else.

Door to back was always broken. Hotel smelled like marijuana.. It's illegal in my state. Our hvac system had a gap and cold air was getting in.

Small rooms. TV did not work and was very updated. Lights in room did not work panels falling off Under the desk in between the beds. Low water pressure in the shower.
