June 2024. Came in for a work pre-employment drug screening. Everyone in the office was friendly, people were in and out in less than 15 minutes, maybe a 10 minute wait for 4 others in front of me in line. wish i could come here for every screening i needed because everyone was so polite. of course everyones experience is different, but it was nothing like the negative reviews. no appointment, just a 2 minute digital check in, an ID check and test in less than 15 minutes for me. and for the others who were in front and came after me.

Worst experience I have ever had at any business ever. First the times were screwed which you can read all of the other reviews related to drug testing and they have yet to fix this after 5+ years. So I held my pee for an hour in my truck and then go into the establishment with the worst service ever. She didn’t tell me that I wasn’t supposed to wash my hands and flush after I peed so when I did she banged on the door and yelled at me. Very uncomfortable and poor establishment. Worth your time to drive to a different location…

Website hours do not match to actual hours , I went in for a drug test at 11:40am it says they close at from 12:30pm-1:00pm when I went in no was was there and there was a sign saying they only do drug tests from 9-11&1-3 so I not only had to wait over an hour in my car but when I called no one answered. When I checked in the process was very easy and the lady in front (foreign maybe Russian or polish) was very nice she helped me and greeted me , I waited maybe 5 minutes if less and she directed me to a room where I would leave my belongings and there was a lady I believe by the name of Maria she had a thick accent when she explained to me the process she was very rude and she said she would not repeat herself twice , I asked to take in a baby wipe and she looked at me like I was stupid and said “what for ?” like ummmm… what else what use it for lol so I ignored it and did what I had to do when she collected my sample and I went to wash my hands in the sink in the room she told me not to make a mess with the water because she would have to clean it like okay . Overall I spent maybe about 10 minutes from the time I got there and left so I’m not mad about that but they definitely need more structure!

I would rate this Labcorp location with zero stars. Although I understand that not all Labcorp locations are the same, this one is terrible. The corporate office should investigate this location privately, as the issues are not visible if they know you're coming. The site is only staffed by two people - one person does not care and lies about checking you in, while the other is new and handles check-ins and blood draws. I heard many negative comments from other people waiting in the waiting room, and if I could have made a meme out of all of them, I would have. However, waiting two hours to draw blood while fasting is not what I would expect from a professional lab that should be in business.Any response from Labcorp about this review would be meaningless and would not change my experience.As someone in the waiting room mentioned, you'll be treated as a second class citizen. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Complete unprofessional standards.No answer of phone s I watch her stare at the phone ringing.Need , paperwork to prove my lab testing done..No idea how to prepare these things.Nobody in 4eception for 20 min at a time.Nurse was awesome, courteous , kind.. reception needs to be revamped IMMEDIATELY

The place is awful. I made an appt online for a pre employment drug screen, drove an hour from my house to the location for the receptionist to tell me they don’t do those. I asked why it let me make an appointment online if they don’t do them, she said it must be a glitch in the system. She then proceeded to give me a location 30 minutes away that would do the drug test. So what drove over there to find an empty office building with no business in it at all. While I was there i found 2 other people who had the same thing happen to them. The women at the gurnee location sent them over to an out of business location 30 minutes away!! So now I’m an hour and a half from my house with no drug test done and will have to come back again. So ridiculous, I can’t believe how mishandled this place is!!!

I arrived at the labcorp at roughly 1100 hours and when I walked in and was asked why I was there I told them for a job drug test. The women at the front desk said "our drug testing hours are over come back at 2. its 2 to 4. but no sooner that, 2. that's when they start". I said said "okay" I came back at 1:30 and waited in my car until 2 as requested. During this time several other people had walked in and started registration for their drug test. This really frustrated me as the desk attendant had made it very clear I was not going to be serviced before 2pm. But in turn she began to allow the several other people into the testing PRIOR to 2pm. I sat for 45minutes while the attendant called in people to the back that arrived after me!I felt discriminated as I am while male and all others were not. (other than one women who arrived after me and was still let in). This was absolutely frustrating. The women at the front continued to ignore me during this entire experience. When I was finally allowed to take this test; a different women at the end of my test said "I don't know why you don't like me?" (She had assumed that my demeanor was in direct representation to my interaction with her alone). I told her why I had been frustrated while being there and she said "oh I'm sorry you feel that way, I will address it with the team" (she was a middle aged white women with a polish voice).The body language displayed by the other staff members here gave me the impression I was not worth anything and when I made eye contact several of them would shrug their shoulders or roll their eyes at me. I would never recommend this company to any of my future clients nor would I subject anyone to this kind of blatant discrimination. I treat all people I come in contact with respect and equally. Labcorp does not as far as I can tell.

Horrible! I had to walk away because I saw a phlebotomist been very mean and rude to the patients, when those poor patients were only asking for help because they were having difficulty checking in. I couldn't stay there, watching how she was treating them. Unfortunately she was not wearing a name tag, so I wasn't able to see her name. I'm a healthcare worker too, that is why I know, that this was not a correct way to treat patients, we work for them and I think people like her, should change the profession. I personally think that I will never go back to that place, neither my family.

Changed their hours without notice and the old hours is on the answering machine when you call. You have no ability to actually talk to them on the phone to verify hours either. Huge waiting times and horrible service. Will do another location next time
