I brought two of my children and two of their friends here to enjoy themselves, burn off of some energy, and get some exercise in. They all had fun jumping around, but it didn’t last long because it is absolutely TOO HOT in the establishment to enjoy yourself. I am sweating and burning up and I am simply sitting down. I firmly believe this establishment needs to turn their thermostat down and install large fans throughout the facility. The way they charge an arm and a leg for every little thing but cannot cool down their establishment or installs cooling areas or fans throughout the establishment. The high temperature is as a big safety concern. If they care about their customers and the children that visit this establishment than they would care about their health and well being. Please consider at least installing one cooling station so the families that visit your establishment are not getting sick from heat exhaustion. Other than the temperature ruining our night and wasting a lot of money, I believe my family would have had a wonderful time. Also, make sure to wear as minimal clothes as possible and stay hydrated. I would give that same advice even if the establishment was cooler. Hopefully the establishment takes this advice into consideration and please understand the risk you taking by bringing your children here.

I took my family to this place expecting a fun evening after work, but it turned into a complete disappointment. We arrived around 6:30 PM, ready to jump, bowl, and play arcade games. We bought wristbands and food, but then heard an announcement saying they were closing in just an hour. That gave us no time to enjoy the activities we had paid for.
I asked for a refund, but all they offered were game passes, which wasn’t acceptable since we didn’t even have time to use them. There’s no way I’ll be coming back after how poorly we were treated.
To make things worse, we ordered three pizzas and fries. We waited over 45 minutes, and when the food finally arrived, the dough was raw and the pizza was burnt. The fries were cold inside and completely bland. I had to argue for a refund, and we ended up doing nothing. Everyone was upset, and I ended up wasting so much money. I won’t be returning.

Horrible establishment, horrible experience. Couldn’t get help from any employees. Got an arcade card that was part of the package and spent the whole 2 hours trying to use it. I informed multiple employees that the games weren’t working and was told to keep trying. By the end I asked for a refund just for the arcade card and was told they couldn’t give refunds. Instead, they offered me an Icee or milkshake. What a joke. Urban Air adventure park in Milwaukee blows this place out of the water. Don’t come and spend your money here.

Not recommended for multiple reasons! Bathrooms were disgusting, staff not doing anything about bullying more than once and laughing about it, terrible accommodations for someone who was on crutches at the time with the kids trying to just get around and no place to sit unless you we in a reserved area, bowling, at the bar or party room. Tons on older kids bragging about sneaking in so staff definitely not trained to checking in people at the door which is not safe for others either. Would not recommend.

Poorly managed, high prices and customer service nonexistent.
The Good
- Quick check-in as we arrived early at opening.
- Pizza and wings was actually good.
The Bad
-Packages online are not clearly explained, and this makes process not customer friendly. Unable to reach venue by phone to answer questions prior to purchase.
-part of package purchased online included socks that were paid for but not given at check-in- "they were out" . No refund for them was issued.
- Tried purchasing Tshirts, was told "unable to handle purchase as manager wasn't in"
- Purchased Action Pass (2hrs), was not informed that time started at check-in and not upon entering the Action area....time is indicated by color wristband and if your time is up you're not allowed entry. As a result of not knowing this we wasted time on arcade games...
-Bowling area was not properly staffed, we waited several minutes at counter in order to get started and get shoes. Counter was NOT esthetically pleasing as there was a dirty bucket next to dirty rags and cleaning sprays on the counter...not removed while we were there at counter or at all. It was still there ( red bucket on pic below- see on right lower part of pic) when we left our shoes at counter as staff was again NOT around lol smh. The lane we used had issues throughout the 1hr. Balls kept getting stuck and without anyone at the counter our time was wasted not playing. We tried rolling balls to unblock the lane and pins but that went on too often. Finally when we got assistance our time was not reset or additional time added and before I could even ask, the staff was gone again. At this point we were OVER the whole situation.
Overall, very dissatisfied with the experience for the money we spent. I don't recommend spending your money here unless they take responsibility and actually manage the business as if they value the customers.
Pictures are of the bar/bowling areas that were not staffed and some people waiting like us for assistance.

This place has no capacity, nor do they enforce ending time limits. I ended up having to stay an hour later than our time limit unplanned and was fully willing to get charged. They never checked and said we could just go. That's why it's so overpopulated and absurdly understaffed. The person in charge of this establishment needs to realize they're killing their employees. Bowling sucked, balls got stuck constantly past the pins, and even rolled back after bouncing against the back plate. The weight limit won't stop grown kid groups from hogging basketball for 4 hours, and overall the worst part was finding seating. My mother in law is disabled and has a horrible knee. There isn't enough seating for the amount of heads that walk in that door, and maybe 4 benches total for parents to watch their kids play. It's impractical and all felt so cheap. The idea of this place looks good on paper, but until there's an ounce of functionality, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience and rip off for the arcade. They gave us two options to purchase at $27. The arcade card came with 40 pts and they said we could have endless play. They didn’t mention you had to keep loading the card with money. We have two cards and both have balances of roughly $4. Tried to swipe for a game and device turned red indicating we don’t have enough points which means each game is more than $4, which is insane. My kid somehow used 40 points in 10 seconds per the card history, which is impossible. I showed the manager and he told me he would do a one time points credit. The arcade games aren’t worth it either. Never coming back here. There are other trampoline parks in the area that offer so much more and don’t rip families off. I should have known because this place is empty on a weekend😎.

We had a terrible experience here. Ordered an 8 dollar milkshake and it took forty minutes to make in which they lost the ticket and I had to go to the counter and ask where it was. I did receive the shake it was mostly milk and had a tiny dash of whipped cream. The employees are rude and ignore the customers. Worse customer service ever!

January 17, 2015 it was my son‘s 12th birthday. We had purchased party three days before on the day of our arrival we were given the timeframe at time of purchase from 5 to 7. We were told that we were going to be given 15 minutes to decorate the room in which we were going to have the birthday party Arriving at five. We’re not allowed to go into the room until 5:45 only two of us were allowed to decorate the room and the rest of our party was not allowed to come in until 615. The young lady servicing our party had already brought in the two pizzas that we had orderedand were cold. They were brought in at 6:10. From that point on it was downhill, we were hurried to eat pizza in immediately after eating pizza or cake that we had purchased was brought in and the person serving us wanted to light the candles and get us out of the room as quick as possible. We were way too rushed at which point she went and told her manager, and she came in to a sister. I would never recommend this place for a birthday party if this is the way they plan to be in the future rude rushed this was our fourth time and our worst time in our last time to use this place.

I took my son there and bought a package that came with an arcade card. He decided to take a little break from jumping and went to the arcade. After playing a game his card didn't have any balance left so I went to speak with the manager about the issue.
The manager was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. He said there was nothing he can do about the situation because my son made the mistake of swiping the card more than once to play a single game even though he only played once The game took all his credits and the manager said tha it was out of his hands to do something about it.
Having these type of employees, especially managers running businesses is the cause of so many unhappy and unsatisfied customers that at the end choose to stop visiting these places.

I arrived an hour before my party started and they allowed us to jump while we waited which was great. My party started showing up around 630 pm which was when my party was suppose to start but they did not get my party room set up until 730pm. And they did not write my daughters name on the board like they did for everyone else. I got the ignite party package which was the most expensive package and I did NOT get the private dodge ball match, ICEE for each of my party guests, party favors, or glow in the dark face paint, which my daughter was the most excited about. I was also charged $124 more than expected. If I would've known I wasn't going to get glow in the dark face paint, private dodge ball match, or ICEE for each of my guests, then I would've chose a different package. The food was also nasty. The arcade area was smaller than I thought, but we had a good time overall (that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1)

Me & family went here and purchased a pass to bowl and play aracade. The bowling lanes kept messing up we were moved multiple times. They lady told us that were were bowling “too fast” and the pins keeps getting tangled up. However, that is not our fault how do to u bowl too fast or too hard? After the last attempt we were all over it and requested for a refund. They stated it was a no refund policy and all sales are final. The least they could have done was gave extra arcade points to compensate us. I would not recommend this place if you're looking somewhere to bowl!

Very nice I would have given 5 stars, if it had enough seating for parents on all levels!

Nice place but the employees are clueless and rude. Do not have a birthday party here, totally not worth it.
