Horrible experience. Not only do they not help adjust the glasses to your face, they did not reach out when my order was ready for pickup. On top of that, through Eyemed, they show this location has 1 day turnaround, false it took me calling 17 days later for then to let me know my order was ready. Avoid this location at all costs, they don't take things like astigmatism into consideration. The biggest complaint is that their cheap good for nothing lenses scratched in 5 days

My glasses 101.00 dollars. I was told I could get them in 1 hrs. When I went to pay. All the coatings I was told came with the frames I hand to pay for. That would have drove my bill up to over 200.00 dollars. And I was supposed to get 40% off. I got plastic lenses with no coatings and my 101 glasses came to 100.74. I'm thinking about going back for a refund

Dr. Thuy Ho is absolutely amazing!! She is so thorough with the eye exam and very helpful with the whole process. Thoroughly examined your eyes and provided excellent explanation. Truly an exceptional experience. James and Shirley (Customer Assistance) were so helpful with the process of checking in and thoroughly explaining the costs and coverages. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!!

These folks in here are always kind and respect your time. The doctors have always been a pleasure to work with and the front office folks are very helpful when it comes to everything dealing with insurance and pricing. If you’re looking for a new pair of glasses, this is the place to go.
