Jake was amazing!! I had a flat at Gurnee Mills Mall. Called him he quoted me about an hour and was there in 40 mins! So fast, and so professional! Had me to the tire shop and back on the road so fast! Thank you Jake!

They had helped me before in moving my car when I was stranded in the road but when I had another job for them a different day, they told me they would call me back to see when they will have availability and they never did. Such a disappointment because I thought they were nice and reliable. Guess not. Not the service I expected. Had to call a different towing company.

Our experience at McClure's Garage was excellent, thanks to Matt! He was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process of getting our Cub Cadet repaired. Not only was the service fast, but the price was also very reasonable. We trust McClure's Garage and will be returning for any future auto or small engine repair needs. Thanks guys!!

Great & nice Family owned place that has been here for over 100+ years. We have used them for several generations. the last time I pulled in there to have them check, my power steering fluid it was empty. A nice gentleman took great care of me, filling up my container and giving me the rest of the bottle! Great service and kind, caring family! Thank you, McClures!

I've used these guys for all the repairs on my Scott's riding lawnmower. They do great work and are reasonably priced. Most recently, they repaired the steering on my mower and went above and beyond to do a really nice job cleaning my mower! I would highly recommend them for your small engine needs!!

McClure's had a golden opportunity to rip me off and didn't, which is about the best thing I can say about a garage. I had a car break down literally on their street. I didn't want to deal with towing so I managed to get it to their lot. At this point they could have basically charged me whatever they liked. Instead they performed a thorough analysis and explained in detail what was wrong (throttle body issue) and performed only the necessary to fix it. The price was fair and they didn't pad the labor hours. I've since gone back for other routine maintenance and their service & pricing have been consistently good.

I got into a car accident and called the police which they sent their own tow truck (first mistake) so I get there and the prices are insane to get your car out, not to mention they close extremely early on Saturdays which could effect the storage fee. The prices to tow a car with them start at $100 then $4 ever mile like wow that’s terrible, different towing companies charge way less (shout out to Waukegan). Anyways I wish I would’ve just called my own tow truck if I knew how expensive this would get.

First time customer (my mom has been coming here for years) I decided to give it a try. Honest & reliable company. Thought my car issue was the brakes but was something else & they took care of the issue & priced it very fair. Reasonable prices. Most places will take advantage but McClures is a long running family owned business you can trust. Will be back again.

Police incident took my car, McClure’s had it for about 3 days. Everytime I called in with questions about pricing and others a man called Justin (I think) always answered in a few rings and very politely addressed all my concerns. Pick up was smooth, spent less than 5 minutes paying and getting my car. All was left the same as when I left it. Nice guys and pretty reasonable prices. They also offer 24/7 tow service, will keep this in mind.
