“Nurse Dale was very kind, and of course we were polite as well. This was just a routine blood draw, but it honestly felt like the best needle experience I’ve ever had. She was extremely gentle — I barely felt the needle at all. A few hours later, when I removed the bandage, there was no visible mark or bleeding, which was really impressive. Of course, I don’t want to put any pressure on her — Dale is great, but every patient is different, and not every experience will be the same. I just couldn’t help but say thank you. Hope to see you again next time! ——— I’ve had blood draw experiences in China, Japan, and the U.S., and Dale is easily one of the best — truly comparable to the top nurses I’ve encountered anywhere.”
