“I walked in without an appointment and checked in with there Kiosk. The lady that attended me was named Alicia and she provided me with outstanding customer service! She was very kind and explained my entire drug screening process thoroughly. I couldn’t provide a sample right away for the test but, Alicia reassured me that it was ok , to take as much time as I needed. Overall my experience was very positive because of Alicia and I hope she gets some recognition!!!”

Making an appt and check-in were so easy. I just tapped the link in my text and my name automatically popped up on the board. No issues whatsoever.
