  They are always very friendly, they sent me a reminder of my visit a month earlier, and the dr is always very kind to me.

  I put in the order for my glasses here, 3 weeks later glasses came in incorrect, they said they will send them back, 3 weeks later they came back incorrect again, so I asked for a refund of my $300 because I feel like 2 months is enough time for an eye glass store to get glasses right. They said they issued the refund, 2 weeks later i still didn't see any refund, so I called and after looking they said they refunded to someone else’s card that doesn't belong to me. They said thats what their system told them to do, so I asked why wouldn’t you refund to the card that I used to pay with, to which they said “we dont know”. I asked for a manager to call me, and the manager called and her solution was “We refunded to a card that you did not pay with that does not belong to you, we dont know how to fix this”. THAT is unacceptable. That was her response, “we dont know how to fix this”. I said i need a supervisor, very rudely she said the “District Manager” would call me, and here we are 2 weeks later, no one has called me and they still have my money. So now im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and getting my attorneys involved because they have flat out refused to help me.

  I've been coming to this establishment for a while, and I have to say that every time I go, I've always received excellent service from both the receptionists and the doctors. This last time I went, Lindsey was great at helping me find the best option for my needs.

  This is our first time coming here. Lindsey was amazing! We only came to get the eye exam done because our insurance didn’t cover anything else. She showed us some affordable out of pocket frames and we ended up getting a new pair here. Definitely recommend coming here because of her ❤️

  Everyone here was so kind and welcoming! It had been a while since I visited an eye doctor, and I’ve always been nervous about the puff-of-air test but they don’t do that here, which was such a relief. The team was incredibly patient with me, especially since it was my first time getting contacts. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I scheduled an eye appt with dr Amela to double check my prescription after getting the wrong prescription from americas best multiple times..also had a possible fear of possible retinal detachment. not only did she help get me the correct prescription and reconfirm my eyes are healthy, she also helped me find a vision therapist to help with my strabismus that I have had since I was a kid. I have been wanting to either go to vision therapy/strabismus surgery for years but didn’t know where to go or where to start. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Amela! I will be starting vision therapy at the place Dr Amela recommended in April! She is hands down amazing and very easy to talk to!

  Best optometry I’ve gone by far; they really do care for you. If something is wrong and is minor, they take care of it even if it was your fault; I’ve broken my glasses and ripped my contact, and they’ve fixed it and given me a replacement for free. Overall, really nice people. !

  Going to MyEyeDr felt less like an eye appointment and more like starring in an infomercial for overpriced glasses. The doctor spent 5 minutes checking my eyes and 30 minutes trying to upsell me on frames that cost more than my rent. I came in to see better, but I left seeing their prices way too clearly.

  I've been a customer for a few years now and have been very satisfied. I work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., so the fact the office stays open past 6 is key for me. Other places are open too, but I like the homey feel and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and honest in their feedback. (I know based on the galvanic skin meter readings I get from the thermoradiation spycam I use.)
  
  Both doctors thoroughly explain the scans and whatever diagnoses are made or options suggested. Their technologically savvy apparatuses provides an added measure of optimum optical health assurance not found in optometry offices I've visited before.
