I just got here to pick up contacts I ordered. The website and door says they are open until 7 PM. Guess they closed early?! Would be nice to know ahead of time and ahead of driving all the way out here. Not good customer service at all.

Very pleasant first experience at this office! Dr. Stafford is fantastic! He listened to my eye issues and responded to me individually. I felt like I was getting specialized treatment for my specific needs, not just another set of eyes. Kim was also very nice and personable. She told me everything that she was doing and why. She also gave me feedback on how I performed the tasks. The massage chairs are a wonderful touch - great idea! This office is farther from my home and work but I will definitely be coming back.Thank you!

Friendly staff. There’s a variety of designers frames to choose from and they are affordable. There’s even a massage room. Imagine that!. The decor is beautiful I highly recommend this establishment.

After over 10+ years of mediocre treatment at our previous provider I found this little gem by the mistake of my previous provider. They wouldn't set us an appointment for our annual exams because they thought they weren't due for new frames until next year. Fast forward and MyEyeDr on Dilleys Rd in Gurnee checked our benefits found out the rules on my benefits had changed and all my kids were due new frames as well. The doctor was personable, caring and thorough. He spoke to my children in a manner which they felt important and was able to establish a good rapport with them. During the checkout process in looking for the right glasses for my kids the gentleman that helped us was also very caring, understanding and thorough. I was provided my sons contact lens script the same day and not held to purchase the contacts there same day as I was made to do at my previous provider. Because of this I will be giving them my business on purchasing contacts for him and though I could find contacts for less I would prefer to place my business with an office who cares. If you want to keep places of business open that serve you and serve you well you have to help them grow by giving them your business. That's exactly what I intend to do. Thank you MyEyeDr for treating us like people and not like numbers.

They take such good care of you here! Kim took her time explaining each test before she did it. Dr. Swafford did the exam & is so incredibly personable. Robbie took half of his morning letting me try on what felt like every pair of glasses. Great customer service from start to finish!

This eye doctor is still requiring face masks even though the IL mandate has been lifted. Masks have been proven to have little to no impact on the spread of COVID-19. I will not be cutting off my oxygen supply to make people in this office feel comfortable. I am healthy and will not wear a mask. I pay cash and always get the $500 daily contact lenses. I was planning on buying glasses here today as well but they have lost my business.

All Staff members are very nice. Josh helped me at the end of my appointment and I must say I was extremely happy with the service provided. He was patient and helped me understand my options with my insurance. The doctor as well is very nice and answered all my questions. I love going because I never feel pressured to buy a product instead I am always given all my options and they help me figure out what’s best for my budget.

My Eye Doctor in Gurnee is fabulous! Both me and my husband are patients of Dr. Swafford and love him. Our 5 year old son recently had to have an eye exam and Dr. Galdofini was AWESOME with him. The staff is very nice too, especially Josh who helped us with insurance issues! They were very nice and patient with our son and we ended up having to see a pediatric ophthalmologist, so we got a great recommendation. I would highly recommend it here if you need an eye exam or new glasses!

Staff was super friendly the 2x I visited this location. Fast, efficient and detailed. I was picking up safety glasses for work. The staff was very patient with my requests and did not let me leave until I was fully satisfied with the guy of the glasses. I might have to switch my regular everyday glasses to them. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager assisted me with selecting the right pair that aligned with what I wanted and was very patient with me. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their craft and went the extra mile to ensure I received the best deal. Massage chairs were a great perk.
