Went in today, was told about the specials. Pulled a couple items off the clearance wall and asked for a price check, Leslie wouldn't price check an item because it had a stickers price even though it was in the clearance section. How hard is it to just scan the bar code and tell me oh that's the price. Needless to say I bought a lot less then I planned. Tommy Hilfiger store took great care of me.

If I could give this place one star I would .
I walked into the store and was completely ignored by the workers. One employee even approached me just to eye me suspiciously, as if I was going to steal something. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful. What made it worse is when someone of a different race walked in, the staff greeted and assisted them right away with a smile. The difference in treatment was clear and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I shopped online at nautica and there clothes are short and fat. They dont fit.Customer service did nothing but tell me to return the items. This is after i washed them. Nautica is trash do not waste your money on clothes. They wint fit right. Nautica can eat one.

I don’t respect and like that when I walked into the store no one in I mean no one walked up to me or acknowledge me. But soon as a different race of people walk in the one employee out of the three ask them do they need help in then gone ask me if I need help. I feel all the disrespect and racism. I spend too much money in this store to get treated in a bad way. If I didn’t need the clothes that day I would have walked out. It’s 2023 in a black man can’t walk into a nation wide store in get the proper service. Sad
