Very disappointed. The cashier didn’t ring up my items correctly and the supervisor Erin refused to fix the issue. I left without the shoes because of their mistake. To make matters worse, the supervisor Erin was completely unprofessional—dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking basic customer service skills. Instead of resolving the issue, she was condescending and treated us unfairly.

I spent close to $4000 in the store in the last year between shoes for myself and my family. They never give you any coupons and you use their stupid app. I finally get an email for a 10% off coupon and the guy in the store is trying to explain to me that I used a coupon in June when I didn’t get the email for the coupon till August. Leading the store was very unsympathetic wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t even give me my lousy 10% off. Screw this store the people that work there and they’re useless shoes. Nike will never get my money ever again. Will never go back there ever again.

I go here at least once a month and I have never had a bad experience with the staff or the environment. Shoes, clothes, backpacks and socks are available here. Store is always clean, staff always polite and well dressed and the prices are amazing.. I love this store. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent and affordable price in clothing and shoes. I had a very pleasant shopping experience thanks to Christina (hope I spelled her name right). She went above and beyond and is very helpful. The cashier (with pink hair) was also really nice and efficient.

In town for AAU. My son needed bball shoes. They had a large variety of shoes and had several styles in a men’s 13! I would have given 5 stars but the very rude salesman that trampled my sore feet,without an apology, cost you a star.

I had a poor experience with the manager Ashley! She started off being rude and whispering to other employees constantly. Telling the employees not to bring out bigger size shoes for customers to buy. She treats the bulk buyers with the upmost respect and they’re the ones making it worse for regular customers. I go to this location maybe 3-4 times a year and she’s always rude and very condescending. I will never go to this store again. Nike should start holding managers responsible for their wrong doing.
I saw several employees off duty go to the back and hide shoes under their shirt and take them to the register for purchase. It’s not fair that the manager Ashley allows other employees to hold shoes for others until they arrive. Ashley needs to be demoted immediately. It’s so unfair that actual buyers can’t buy shoes when they shop.

Poor experience, accidentally grabbed the wrong size, went back not even 10 minutes later to EXCHANGE it for the correct size & was advised nothing could be done. Management was dismissive and not helpful.
