I will give them 0 points if I could. And believe me they are not trusted suppliers of propane. I cancelled there service and it's been a month they haven't picked up there cage so I can someone else's service. And can't sell propane since beginning of May 2020. And now with the busiest time of the year no propane. Wish I could sue them for loss of business.

Pathetic excuse for a company. Always purchasing propane from them, but definitely not anymore. Their truck drivers are rude and like to be condescending to their customers. I asked the truck driver that was parked at the gas station to move up so we could park in the handicapped spot and he wouldn’t even do that. Then he proceeded to make ignorant remarks and honk his horn and flip us off. Really professional, considering we asked nicely. Doesn’t surprise me there’s a one star review

Worst Company to deal with. Never ever buy product from this company. We are cancelling all our vendor contracts with this company.
Always out of products, poor customer service. Management has no clue about anything.

Pinnacle express propane truck in Marquette, Michigan at the Holiday station on Wednesday afternoon on April 18, 2018.. Road rage incident. Blasted airhorn twice at pedestrian who crossed in front of the truck at gas station. When incident was reported to the company they asked if this was the same caller as yesterday so clearly this happens on a routine basis. Although they said they would do something they did not ask for the location of the incident.

Horrible . I have been out of product for 1 week, they promise to delivery saturday and still no propane. This is the second time this season and its only June 11. I have lost at least 20+ sales. I'm done with them
