Worst bank I've been with. Charging me just to have an account with them after having one for years now. EMPLOYEES there deserve to be fired. They stole money from my family now and refuse to give it back. Scam artist got ahold of our money and bank has refused to try and get it back to us. They will just blame the issue on the customer.

My father, Miroslav Lasovsky came in on Saturday about 2 weeks ago and needed help with setting up his online banking. He went to Waukegan PNC and received no help after that he went to Gurnee PNC and spoke with Karen and she helped him, step by step. She was willing to help my father, very sweet and charming lady. We want to thank her again for the service she provided.

The worst customer service, wish I could give zero stars i am sinc 15 year coustomer pnc banktoday i am visiting for wire transfer and banker not available,and cashier's talkign rudely she say you need apointment for this 1st you take apointment and come backthen i going other PNC brach Grayslake IL.and that manager name Monica Rodriguez she is so nice she take care right awy and she say you no need apointment you welcome any time.i wish PNC Bank Headquarters take action. change staff or train again.

This PNC branch is a Garbage service for Coustmber and all employees are very rude to talk I will recommend to people go to other bank they don’t understand for emergencies need to banker to talk employees name is Jacqueline she talk to rude and she not listens to anything about I have emergency meet bankers I will be clear the customer almost 15 year and and they treat like that

The worst customer service, wish I could give zero stars. I am not even a customer; I called to set an appointment to ask questions about potentially opening up an account with this branch and was asked right away for my SSN. When I asked why, she said it was to put me in the system, I don't understand why I should give that out over the phone for a business I don't even have an account with. After more personal questions that I just didn't want to answer, she seemed to get an attitude because I stated I would prefer to talk to the banker in person about this info instead of over the phone. I wanted to go in at 9:00am, she said that slot was already booked, so she put me on a "brief" hold for approximately 26 minutes and then hung up. Just from this first interaction, I will never be banking with this company and don't recommend it to anyone; I ended up calling Chase Bank next and it was a way more pleasant experience; they efficiently made a 9:00am appointment for me, without berating me with personal questions.

their statements are confusing... I am now on the 7th YES seventh person trying to rectify an error on my account. even got a statement on the 22nd saying I was over due on a pymt that showed I pd it on the 4th, 5 days before it was due and they had the nerve to charge a late fee..... Then got a all from their collection dept.. I am FURIOUS!

I have been calling to try to figure out account information so I can receive my stimulus and still have heard nothing back and the IRS said it was deposited in my account. During these hard times it would be nice to be taken care of.

Had an issue with a 6 cent account verification withdrawal on my account that PNC's system charged me $36 NSF fee on.. Yup 6 Cents! called PNC customer service and the rep. was really rude and condescending and put me on hold for nearly 30min just come back on the phone and say yup we are charging you $36 for 6 cent charge and with no explanation?? And nope didn't have 6cents in my account because of bills, don't judge me I paid my bills! ? So I came to this PNC branch in Gurnee for better results and well needless to say everyone was really nice and helpful and wanted to help resolve the issue at hand.. Karen Tewell-Harmon the banker here was very helpful and basically went step by step on my account to clear up any misunderstandings and was very sympathetic to my situation. 5 star service all around! Great job!
