I always leave relaxed and satisfied at Pro Nails. Irene is my go to manicurist because she's professional, meticulous, and always has a smile on her face. At the front desk, they greet you with a smile. They know every customer by name and they treat you like royalty. I'm sticking with Pronails.

7/26/25 Update: I had Thomas today and he is an artist!!!! Seriously, customer service is a big thing here. They care!
Edited 1/20/2025: I returned for a manicure on my own and they remembered my name! I’m definitely a return customer now!
I had an appointment for a pedicure for myself. My 8 year old wanted to tag along (which made me nervous). They immediately noticed her and asked if she would like to join. This was her first pedicure and an amazing experience for us both. We have already scheduled our return visit.

Love Thery! However, when trying to schedule the next appointment with three weeks can be challenging. This makes it challenging to get no chip or, do services. Sam will try her best to work you in. The new young lady doesn’t try to work you in. Also please don’t forget to bring cash for the tip.
