I'm not sure of the name of the Phlebotmist I had, but she went above and beyond explaining all of my questions. My question was what is covered and/or if any part of the blood draw is billed to a third party provider as well as if any part of my labs that were drawn were not covered. She was so nice and so professional as well as so easy to talk to. I'm thankful Quest has such a nice and caring staff! Thank you!!

They give your personal information away to government agencies without consent. Now I am getting calls about tests I had done with Quest. No HIPPA or patient privacy here, you have been warned.

First off if you need assistance this is not the place to go because they have no front desk aid, everything is automated. You will only see workers when they are there for patients and they are quick to dismiss everyone else. For reference I waited 2 hours for a standby and then they just said we are closing. I did not get seen or even talked to before they just cancelled everyone else.

I had 9:30 appointment scheduled online. Sitting in a small waiting room since 9:25am. Finally finished at 10:30. One hour for blood draw.
They told me short of staff.
This greedy corporation don't care about people's time. They care about their bottom line.
