I actually have a unit in Genoa City Wisconsin which is managed by the Gurnee location. I had a situation I wanted to handle and I was put in touch with an angel named Ashley. That's right, she not only helped me with my situation but talked me through it cause I'm the least qualified person when it comes to the Internet. But she made me feel like I was. She stayed in touch throughout the process. I felt like she was right next to me. She's professional but also very friendly. She made me feel at ease. God bless that woman. Her boss needs to promote her and give her a raise. Thanks so much Ashley.🌹

I just purchased a unit today pay someone to help me pack and move stuff. Come way out of Chicago, for the gate code to not work and then can’t speak to no one at the 800 number. I even payed the next month rent to see was thet the issue and still nothing. I really hope to be comp, for my time and extra money I had to spend and will spend again once I get this resolved..

I was lied to and am being financially abused by this company.
I NEVER opened any account with them. They purchased a Red Dot storage unit AFTER I moved out and closed their balance. They have been charging me for storage on a unit I do not rent, and just notified me of a Lien placed on me 18 days AFTER I spoke with Derrica and she promised it would be fixed.
SROA turns good customers INTO bad ones.
