Love going to this salon. Always feel like a part of the family and awesome service. As per usual Niki is awesome with color and cut. I’m now sassy!

I should have trust the reviews I saw about this salon. Their receptionist is rude. They don’t do a good job with appointments. I had one and when I got there they told me my appointment was for the next day to a time I would never have done because I sing at a choir that time every week. They are just not reliable.

I was able to get in within a half hour of walking in off the street. Izzy was my wonderful stylist. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and good in her chair.

I really wanted to like this place, but my recent visit to Salon Bliss was extremely disappointing.
My pedicure with Taylor started 15 minutes late (which is pretty much expected based on what I've heard and personally experienced) but I was willing to overlook it. Taylor was friendly and did a solid job overall.
Then came the no-chip manicure with Samantha, which was an absolute mess. I came in with a no-chip already on, and Samantha said she couldn’t use her drill because it wasn’t working. Instead, she soaked my nails briefly and tried to file everything off by hand. After 45 minutes, my nails were still covered in patchy leftover polish and were visibly uneven.
When I voiced concern that the sheer pink color I chose would not cover up the patchy old color, Samantha suggested I pick a different color instead of properly removing the old polish. She said that if her drill had been functioning, she would've been able to remove it without issue. When I asked whether there was another functioning drill in the salon, she was suddenly able to find one after 45 minutes of filing. But then, just minutes into using it, she quit mid-manicure because she had a hair appointment to get to.
She told me someone else would finish the job in “5 minutes.” After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked the receptionist when someone would be coming to do the polish as Samantha had noted, and she told me it wouldn't be for another 15 minutes. I awkwardly waited for 30 minutes, misled by my nail tech, with half-removed polish and ragged nails, now two hours into my visit. Had they not been so ugly at this point, I would have walked right out.
Thankfully, Ania stepped in and saved the day. She was quick, professional, and kind — completely re-shaped my nails and made them look great. (If you choose to go to Salon Bliss for a manicure, make sure it's with Ania!)
To her credit, the manager was relatively kind about the situation. She waived the outrageous $35 polish removal fee (for a removal the nail tech botched) on top of a 20% discount. Still, I believe the entire manicure should have been free given how much time and stress this caused. And most importantly, because my nail tech made it clear that I was not a priority of hers. I couldn't believe I had to advocate for myself so much and to multiple people at a simple nail appointment.
Unfortunately, one of my no-chip nails chipped and cracked through the middle within 3 days. I called to ask if they offered any kind of warranty or fix, and they said yes. I went in, someone added a bit of glue — and they charged me $5. This fix, by the way, only lasted a couple of days.
This wasn’t my first bad experience. Two months ago, I came in for a mani-pedi with a friend, and they had actually sent home the nail techs scheduled to do our manicures before we got them done. We waited a long time for someone to become available or come back, and again, we were left feeling like we didn’t matter as customers.
I left frustrated and disappointed, with no trust in the salon’s quality — especially for the premium prices they charge. High turnover, disorganization, inconsistent quality, and a clear priority for hair over nails make it hard to see how anyone becomes a regular to actually get a good service as scheduled.

Today I called this business that has all these great ratings and I spoke with the receptionist by the name of Brianna, she was extremely rude and did not have any good customer service with me on the phone. All I did was call to ask a few questions about getting some services done for myself and a few family members that are under extreme stress at the moment. Her horrible phone etiquette and lack of customer service left a terrible taste in my mouth, so I will be telling all of the people that I know to not come to this place to get any services done and spend your money somewhere where they treat us all equally.
