Clothes are not arranged by size very well.
Many of the items are way overpriced for the value left in them.

Please consider donating your items elsewhere! We dropped off a lot of great donations today and we were treated with nothing but disrespect & rudeness by the load-in staff. It should not be hard to treat people with kindness and respect in general, but especially when they are DONATING to your store. Very disheartening. There are so many great thrift stores in the area that will actually treat you with respect, appreciate your donations, and not just throw them in the trash.

I visit Salvation army stores all the time and this location isn't one of the best. This location is divided in areas(like rooms) . The front area is very disorganized, extremely messy and just a waste of valuable space. They have the higher price items upfront by the door, but no one is there to help, and the only person that can help is at the registers. She just told us to go around and help ourselves. The prices are the highest I've seen in any other salvation army. $7dollars for a regular vhs is ridiculous.$5 for dvds is just as crazy. I saw some vinyl records for $12... seriously? It wasn't even a good band. The biggest problem is the prices. Just because it's a brand name item doesn't mean you should charge 80-90% from the original price. This location really needs a deep clean, reorganize it asap!!!

Arrived 11 minutes before they closed specifically looking for one game. The cashier didn’t let us in.

Second hand store that is organized in a way. Large selection of mens, womens, kids and babies clothes and shoes. Colored tags special on certain days. No dressing room. Out of date furniture and electrical devices. Drop off excepted in front of store. Bathrooms available for paying customers. Customer service could be more hospitable. Plenty of parking.

This is a review on the donation drop off at this store. I don’t have an experience with the front sales store.
My wife and I decided we would donate our leather couch instead of trying to sell it ourselves. After all we felt it’s the right thing to do to donate to a charity. We went there first and told them we would like to donate a couch and it’s in fair condition. Miguel, which was very nice, told us it cannot have any scratches and has to be in good condition. I replied it was in fair condition and does have a few scratches. He said OK bring it in he will be there. We went home. My wife and I,who are late 60s, loaded the couch ourselves into and our minivan. When we got there to the loading dock, Miguel was not there, but this nasty little man was. He said “he had to look at it in the sunlight” and that we should take it out and he won’t help us because as he says “he didn’t put it in he’s not taking it out” He then proceeded to be nasty and disrespect us, because the couch was not in like new condition and had a few scratches. He told us it was “garbage” and we “should’ve never brought it.” If this is how donating things are like nowadays, I don’t think I’d ever donate anything again. If it was a like new condition, why would I donate it I would just sell it. That’s the last time we go to a Salvation Army store with anything to donate.

I always have a bad experience at this location. The workers here are very rude, and everything seems to be overpriced to make a profit and not to help those in actual need.

The customer service is horrendous and each time I say it will change and each time I go back it never changes. Today I went in. It was 20 minutes till 6:00 and there was a gentleman screaming 15 minutes till close. 3 minutes later he comes around saying 10 minutes till close. 2 minutes later he comes around saying 5 minutes till close. 2 minutes later he goes around saying they were closed. I looked at my watch and said no. There's still 10 minutes till 6:00 left. Then a lady came up to me and said we're closed. I told her it's 10 minutes till 6:00. She told me the registers close at 5 minutes till 6:00 and I told her if I was in line they're not going to check me out? And told her that was horrible customer service. She mumbled under her breath. I don't believe I'll be coming back again and I want to let the owners of this facility know that their customer service people do not know how to handle customers. And want to be able to go home right at 6:00. As they make comments about everybody that's still in the store at the register. Horrible customer service!!! If you don't like your job then quit!!!!

I really like coming here because I always find cool things. However, prices. WHOA??? why is a used vanity dressers and kitchen tables priced at $80-$150 DOLLERS???? At that point you’re better off going to Target or Walmart to get better furnishings for the prices that salvation offers. Do they forget the reason why the started this organization?? A lot of the consumers that go here are old veterans that the Gov. fail to care for and folks on disability or people with income who come in with little to no money. Shame on you Salvation Army. Seriously, what’s with the pricing?

This store is over PRICED.The Manager lady is not helpful. SHE DOES NOT NEGOTIATE REASONABLE PRICES FOR THE CUSTOMERS. If all the things are donated why are the items priced as brand new items. She does not need to be the manager. The store needs a clean up and clean out. GET A NEW MANAGER YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMER'S..I

Found some things, but also one of the grossest locations I've ever been to. Wanted to shower after I walked out of there. Prices were sky high on the weirdest things. The pricer had no clue. Most of the staff smelled like an ashtray, which is gross to deal with. Only ONE cashier and line was consistently long. And one cashier was, obviously incredibly rude. Despite it's large location. The items were super low quality, terribly priced and probably not worth ever visiting again.

I've been shopping and making donations there for over 10 years. I went last year for uniform pants for my 7 year old grandson. The prices have REALLY went up for clothes that have been donated. All of the pants were faded and the knees were worn out and some of the had small holes in them. starting prices $5 - $15 . I was trying to save a few bucks. I went to Rainbow , brand new and just added on a few bucks more. The have Really gotten greedy. the color tags are Never on the racks. Don't waste your time or money. The 2 rude ladies at the register. SMH. I have to leave a star to post, I DON'T want to. 0 stars

Big selection of clothes with a lot of different stuff to choose from. Many other household items and unique items to find. If you like thrift stores it's definitely worth browsing. I was glad to see it wasn't too dirty or have a bad smell.
