I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a lot after eating some good food before proceeding in there.

I have called multiple times their tire department because they said my tires have arrived. I’ve been calling to make an appointment and no answer I keep being transferred to the department and still no answer. It’s an easy walk from customer service to there to see what’s going on but no they keep transferring me and now they don’t even pick up. It’s very frustrating! Now I have to travel from Chicago to Gurnee to just make an appointment And then go back again for that appointment.

Product is fire but the help is a zero. We bought a big fireplace here and the person at the front said that someone is going to help us put the fireplace in the car and the people that we're going to help us we're just staring at us and just left and didn't help at all and they just watched us do it ourself so I do like Sam's club but I hate the help

Tire department is horrible, they never pick up the phone! Waiting 25 minutes on hold for tire department, 2 days in a row. Hung up, called back and asked to speak to a manager, 15 minutes waiting for a manager who ended up being a supervisor, Lupe. She was nice said she would go find out the information I needed and call me right back. An hour passes and so I call Sam's again and now I've been waiting 20 minutes for Lupe to pick up. The customer service at this club is awful, I can't believe I pay for a membership to belong to a place that could care less about their customers.

Sam's Club in Gurnee has damaged two of my vehicles now while changing tires and each time have failed to accept responsibility for their actions. The first time they broke my hub cap, tried saying it was already broken when they got it and had to have a manager pull the footage before they finally admitted they broke it.

In recent months a lot of empty shelves and it could be cleaner, however the customer service has been great and friendly!!!!!

I ordered an 10 inch cake and 10 cupcakes with blue whipped cream frosting and blue flowers and gray writing . What I received was an 5 inch cake with 10 cupcakes with red frosting and blue Ana yellows balloons. Which is not what I asked for. When I explained to the young lady that the cake Ana cupcakes were wrong so explained there was nothing that could be done, unless I wanted to have it re-done and pick it up tomorrow? Which was not option as today was my brothers birthday and it was the first celebration we have had since the passing of my father a week and a half ago. The staff that I encountered and expressed my concern, not one of them showed any concern. And was very rude ! I will never shop at a Sam's Club again. And while I understand I am only one customer and it may not matter if I shop at your store again or not, I am still very disappointed.

Three employees talking personal business at return desk, while one associate has three people in line after the fourth person walked off in disgust. I could hear their conversation and they eventually all wandered off. This has happened more times than it should. Earn the $15 an hour you are seeking by treating Sam’s Club as your employer rather than a social occasion.

Really about the worst customer service ever. If you go to the service desk they explain why they can't help you and if you call synchrony bank who handles their credit card it takes you forever to get to a person that and then all that person does is tell you how they can't help you.... There is never anyone around the store to help you find things you're completely on your own there.... A very different experience from cosco
