This Sephora is very unkept, disgusting & nothing in stock. While African American female employee is rushing us to leave. Not embarrassed by the condition of the store, Not cleaning up or anything. As she should be doing… Just standing around and watching us… immediately left. Don’t waste your time & money here.

I just want to say that Emi is by far the sweetest most kindest Employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at any Sephora. She went above and beyond making sure I walked away with everything I wanted and even some extra goodies I didn’t know I needed until I got them lol. I will for sure be back in the future and I really hope she is still there because I would prefer her to help me then any of the other employees as they don’t seem to make connections either their clients and just push products.

Was putting my keys in my pockets and all of a sudden this old worker lady comes up and interrogated me and asks what I’m doing which I can tell she’s suspicious. I clearly show her that I’m putting my keys in my pocket. If that’s not enough evidence for you then I don’t know what is. I’m pretty sure she proceeds to tell her other coworkers about me which then I feel the entire store is watching me as I try to shop in peace looking for a new concealer. I get bombarded with workers asking if I need help a lot more. I understand Sephora gets stolen from a lot but it doesn’t apply to everyone. Especially me because I had my AirPods in showing I clearly have the money to pay for a product and not wanting to be bothered. If you don’t want to have these kinds of problems, maybe consider investing in better security.

I was excited to check out this Sephora, while understanding that this will not have as wide a selection as a standalone Sephora. There was a decent selection of products across skincare, makeup, and perfume, but that was the only good thing I could have taken from this place. It’s disgusting, with multiple testers missing, misplaced, even some smeared on the displays. On top of this, there was very little, if ANY products in stock. I’d say 75% of the store was EMPTY. Poor quality of service, with only one Sephora sales associate on the floor. There were a couple girls in the front who seemed it was worth wasting time talking vs stocking, cleaning up, or helping customers out. It seems like unruly teenagers have gotten their hands on this Sephora, further deteriorating my experience and expectations, when my local Sephora has a security guard at the door to deter them. Extremely disappointed as a Rouge member and there was this poor of management and employee conduct.

It’s just so messy and gross. It’s just physically dirty there. To have a store that dirty just shows how lazy the management staff at Sephora/Kohl’s are.

I went to this location last week and couldn't find the foundation I was looking for. The employee working there, Meli, helped me with shade matching for a different brand she recommended. She was super nice and helpful and gave great recommendations! She gave me some samples of other products she said she uses and highly recommends. She definitely knows what she is talking about and I will be coming back to purchase full size products.

Don't work here if you don’t want to deal with a miserable 40 year old woman who has nothing to do but gossip , hang out with girls half her age , and act like a kid. The Sephora is managed by kohls management and they do not care about you or the team the team , the team leader is limited to what she can do in regards to holding associates accountable for their actions she has no control over anything because the kohls management try’s to control everything when they know nothing about Sephora ! This company is doing anything to save themselves from bankruptcy that’s why they signed a 10 year contract with Sephora who is saving their company and makes 70% of the sales . And in regards to a review on here by Jaidyn Castro she is miserable and has nothing to do with her time she hasn’t worked for the company in a year and a half and still leaves reviews and updates what a boring life !

Zeros stars if I could. Horrible customer service, I was trying to figure out about a cologne in stock. One worker saw me going to ask and ran away like a 5yr old, didn’t even attempt to look busy at least. Don’t work in customer service if you just want to stand around mean mugging people.

Not even one star. This is an embarrassment for any Sephora store. I will never be back. It’s disgusting, a mess and can’t believe this particular Sephora wouldn’t be shut down.

And the prices were right the cashiers were very friendly and enjoyed my experience. I live in Chicago, was visiting my brother in Waukegan.
