Gurnee Sketchers does not serve all people because they a few size 11’s and do not have size 12 shoes. I was told by the store manager that it is an odd size. If it was an old size why would Sketchers online have size 12s. Clearly they cater to certain people.

Great experience 12/16/24 afternoon. Really good sale, outstanding selection but wanted to say thank you to the staff which asked several times if they could help. Which they did. I didn't catch the young woman and young man's name but they were polite and efficient. The backpack bags my purchases were packed in are a nice touch! Thanks!

Was disappointed very small selection of wide withs literally about 6 to 8 all at the end of a long row all looks okay for a guy. Employees both said we'll most just get longer to 2 disabled women. Longer means more falls and trips

Just left the store today the sales girl Niyget, was as nice and smart about the products as a person could be all smiles and respectful as can be the displays are perfect you walk on through then you tell her the size and they give a military discount so that's perfect
