I went into on Saturday purchased phone was shown care for it but was told Sprint would notify us when case would be sent to my address haven't heard anything yet. Then went in a week later for some answers on my phone guy helped a little and he set a reminder to contact Sprint about phone case then went in on Wednesday for more questions had to wait 1/2 hr young girl asked how she could help but during my explanation she was taking to her co-workers and not paying attention to me .so i said finish with your customers si yeven during my time witb her she still ignored my questions felt line i wsd put aside shes to young to know customer service do i wont evet go tgere and il tel friends not to either

I had a horrible experience with the store manager. He just came out of the back with extremely bloodshot eyes (he either just woke up from a nap or just came back from smoking marijuana). I told him about the issue on my phone and he did not even look at it. All he said was "you should upgrade" and then pulled up my account. We talked a little bit more about my options and he was just trying to force me into buying a new phone. I tried to tell him I just wanted to fix my phone. He made up some bs and then told me my phone was on a lease. I was shook because I straight up bought the phone the same year it came out. He told me if it was broken that I would have to pay even more to fix it since it was a lease but if I just got a new phone and transferred over the lease we would not have to worry about fixing it. I told him what I actually knew and he did not even try to apologize for it, he just got frustrated because he could not sell me a new phone. The moral of the story is that these people are just trying to make commissions and even the store managers of these stores do not have morals. It seems like their training is just try to lie to people until they buy a new phone. To anyone looking to get service just do it through the website and do your research

It was a very good and positive experience. We, my wife and I, were pleased as we entered the store. All of the service attendants were friendly, respectful and attentive. We were served by the attendant Ramon. From the time we arrived Ramon assured us that we’d be attended to in a timely and attentive manner. We were. I was there to pay off or upgrade my iPhone.

This store definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I walk in and right from the start Ramon M. greeted me with a warm welcome. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions easily. He is so polite and not pushy. He helps you to get you exactly what you need and are looking for. The whole time I felt as if I were at home. He makes it feel that comfortable. Funny cool guys and I will most definitely only be visiting this store from now on. I’ve never experienced this type of exceptional customer service at Sprint! Thank you Ramon! I will be back!

Excellent place to go for service. Christin is amazing. I was upset about a broken phone and took another phone there to see what my options were. He took his time to walk me through all my options and did all he could do to help me make the best choice. We need more people like him in customer service.

Roman and his associate gave me great straight forward advice and answered all my questions. I also purchased a phone through this store and received top notch service that made me know that I walked away with the right phone. I highly recommend this place to any looking to purchase a new device. All tech issues you have though I suggest you go to the Gurnee Mills location.

Out of all the places I went to go get a phone line I chose sprint because of the customer service. I was helped by Amercio and he was so helpful with the promotions. He explained my plan throughly and made sure I was getting the best that fix my budget. I know so people just like to sell you out but not this guy he was trying to get me to understand before I accepted. He is so genuinely kind and has a passion to help people out. I highly recommend switching over and letting him help you out with your services. Because of him I chose to pick sprint for my first own wireless phone line!
