  We gave my husband's shirt (which cost $130) to be sewn, the shirt was ruined, the seams are crooked, not neat. And they made cuts on the sides of the shirt, which we did not ask for !!!!. Horrible tailor, I don't recommend them to anyone!! So upset about this service!!😡😡😡

  We've been bringing our clothes here for over 20yrs. The owners are a delight to work with and always provide excellent service. We couldn't be happier with our clothes, and they always look exceptional. I would highly encourage anyone who needs dry cleaning services to become a customer of Stonebrook Cleaners.

  Avoid this place at all costs. It's expensive, your clothes don't come back clean, and it takes a long time. I dropped off a suit jacket pants and long dress and was charged close to $45 which is grossly expensive for dry cleaning. She gave me a receipt and told me to come back Saturday 3pm to pick up. I show up Saturday at like 2:55 pm and she shoes me away tells me I'm too early. I politely tell her her receipt she gave me says 3pm and she proceeds to tell me come back in an hour to pick up the suit but the dress needed extra time. She never called me ahead of time to save me the trip just wasted my time. She then proceeds to tell me to come back next week Tuesday then she calls on Tuesday and says she is short on employees so come back Wednesday then she calls Wednesday and says she is short on employees again but asks if I want to pick up today. I say yes cuz I'm done and frustrated with her business at this point. I go pick up my items and they look worse then they did when I dropped them off what a waste. Go somewhere else for your dry cleaning needs she is expensive and not good.

  Not sure how the woman at this store gets the five star reviews. Is she pleasant to some and not to others? I got a rude treatment when one of the items I dropped off is not in. I would have accepted a sincere apology because I can understand that things happen out of your control. What she said in a dismissive way was “come back tomorrow “ ,“what can I do”. The following day “Come back at 5”. When I got my cashmere scarf I don’t believe it was dry cleaned - it smells like it was washed with downy softener.

  I don't dry clean often, but I needed to get a wool coat cleaned and I'd discovered a hole in another coat that I wanted to get repaired. I went to Stonebrook Cleaners since they are close to home. They did a nice job. My items were ready when promised and I thought the price was fair. I'll go back the next time I need a dry cleaner.

  I drop off my husband’s business clothes weekly. Very friendly and great service. Their prices are reasonable. I’m going to try them for alterations soon!

  Very unhappy about the stains that were left behind on the clothing. Looks like they didn’t even attempt to get an easy coffee stain out after pointing them out . All they did iwas run it through the machine and steam pressed our clothing. They don’t do their own cleaning on the premises and it is send out to a factory that have little or no experience with with easy stains.
