The staff is super friendly. The rooms have been all remodeled and updated. The rooms were clean.

Had a great time! Stayed the night in the King room with the jetted tub! It was nice clean and relaxing! The only thing that would of made my stay better would of been if the pool was open!

There were stains everywhere on the floor beds mirrors. My tv Didn't work, the room smells. We spent 100$ for the pool just for it to be closed when online it says it was open

I guess it’s fine if you’re only looking for a bed to sleep in because that’s the only thing about this place that was decent.
You’re greeted at the door by a sign that says ‘100% non smoking hotel’ but walk into what smells like a smoke shop. Lady at the desk had so many different papers for me to sign for two rooms and was very confusing in her explanation of things.
We booked two rooms and went to check them both out. First room, the key wouldn’t open the door so we go to the second room two floors up. Upon opening that door, we find the room in complete disarray. Beds unmade, smell coming from room, tv on, lights on, obviously room was not serviced or they gave us a key to someone else room. Back down we go. Get the key fixed to go check out the 1st room. It’s fine, but we requested a sofa bed as we needed the extra sleeping space and did not get it. Off to the now, new second room since the other was messed up. This one had no power to the light switches, a huge hole was punched in the wall, the ac unit was ripped out of the wall, so we go once again to get a NEW room. After what ended up being the longest check in in history, we finally settled on the third room which was halfway decent with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.
Pool is ‘closed’ and I wish I would have read more of the reviews to find that out because no where on the hotels website does it inform you its not working and hasn’t been for at least 5 months.
It also sounded like a heard of elephants were staying in the room above us and no matter how many times we’d call for noise at 12am, 2am, 3am, 4am, the stomping continued.
So if you want a comfortable stay do yourselves a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

It's an older hotel with tons of people in and out because it is maybe 5 minutes from 6 flags. Staff was really nice and accommodating. They had coffee and some other small breakfast things. The room was fine, it wasn't top of the line but hey I didn't pay top of the line $, it was clean, ac worked..no smells or feeling unsafe, no people just wandering or hanging around. We needed a place to crash after a long day, it was just fine for thay.. I'd stay again in the future. Thank you to front desk and cleaning staff..you're appreciated

Had 2 rooms booked. Went to check in and had nothing but problems. Ended up just walking out. Avoid at all costs.

Do not stay here. We paid $101.09 for the night and I wish I would have chosen the newer and cleaner holiday inn down the road for $115. The bed is comfy and the TV works but that’s about it. Walk in to a stench in the lobby, whatever. Get up the room and we’re met by creaking footsteps every step. Look over at the AC too see the vent is just gone. Like someone ripped it out. Set our things down on the table, which is sticky because the varnish is wearing off. Looked over at the refrigerator that has a not that says it doesn’t get cold. Great! Went to close the blinds and it was bent leaving a gap for light to come in from the neighboring parking lots. Took showers and found the toilet was peeling paint and the shower rod was rusty and the shower head full of calcium buildup. Will not stay again, it’s a shame this has a Wyndham name. The owner need to focus on quality here BIG TIME.

The owner in management of the facility gave me Excellent customer service. I was in a real tough situation And he was able to supply my need at that time.
I truly recommend everyone to go to this place is very clean organized nice swimming pool.😁😁😁😀😀😀

I remember when it was the Grand Hotel when it opened and it was nice. Since then went from being a nice hotel to the roach motel.
Piss poor management, dangerous clientele, undesirables hanging around the parking lot. It’s real shame that you have places like this that are allowed to operate.

Didn't end up staying at this hotel because the pool was not open but the manager was kind enough to refund my money
