The team went out of their way to provide excellent service in a timely manner and this is the TMobile store to go to in this area.Both the service rep and even the store manager who went way above and beyond.

The T-Mobile stores in the mall are a joke. Worst T-Mobile stores in the city of Gurnee! Added insurance and accessories to my bill without me knowing 0 out of 10 stars if I can!Also they told me I couldn’t use a promotion with out adding additional services and now my bill is crazy priced. And I had devices in my account I really didn’t have to get thanks to Hugo and the other manager Cici. I told them if I didn’t want to get any deals and just buy the phone out right then they said they would have to order it then. T-Mobile really needs to look into this management team. This I have posted this at the other location and they have removed my review the T-Mobiles In the Mall Are Both A SCAMM!!! Please be careful they will make you buy things and say that’s the only way to get a promotion. The one outside the mall is also doing the same. I have tried to ask for upper management to contract me but they don’t they just delete my review!

If you guys can't put the screen protector on without leaving giant fingernail indentations in it, then you shouldn't offer to do it.Also it isn't right that you guys lie about your products and what they are in order to get a sale.

The staff is very rude. They don’t even acknowledge you when you step into the store. At least say, “Hello, someone will be with you momentarily” or “Hi, welcome to T-Mobile.” Cecilia said, “Well I’m saying hello now.” I was caught off guard because that is not the proper approach, I just stated “Where is all the staff, do they not greet customers to acknowledge our presence?” Regardless even when an individual feels as if the customer is not right that’s when other staff steps in to takeover (tap out) remove yourself or be retrained in customer service. It was a line and not one staff greeted anyone. However Stephanie was great and she provided good service in assisting me with paying a bill.

I went with my 14 year old daughter to get her a new iPhone at this location. Anyway, the staff were all nice and friendly but I want to especially recognize Brendan for the great customer service he provided us. He had such a nice and attentive personality and my daughter said he took her through all the steps to get her phone ready to use. So a big thank you Brendan, keep up the great job you provide your customers.

Store manager told me “ If I didn’t want to waste anytime I should of never came here, by coming here knowing I’m not going to buy anything I’m taking an opportunity away from them to make a sale “ also don’t understand why his employee had to aggressively get up and walk towards me while he was yelling at me, I simply told him to not yell while he is talking and asked him for his name, he refused to give me his name and told me to leave. I guess I wasn’t allowed to do that or come in to the store unless I’m buying anything, unfortunately it won’t let me upload video

Had to leave one star to leave a review. Went here because my wife's phone was showing SIM card locked and Anthony was who tried to help but was no help whatsoever. This is the store that is supposed be a technical help center. REALLY??? Tired of calling the T-Mobile support number and having stay on the line for endless hours and then they advise us to go to this store. Nobody in this store possess any technical ability aside from being able to make a sale. Time to switch carriers.

I came in to get new screen protectors for our phones through the insurance we pay for. Alex helped me out immediately. Even asked me if I would like him to put the new one on which is awesome because ive never installed one of those without bubbles lol. He was very courteous and answered all my other random questions while he was putting the new screen protector on. Thanks for the great service!

I came to this store about a month ago about switching over to postpaid and I did. People are very friendly here but a lack of knowledge. I came in last Tuesday for the free blanket and they said come back next week to get it on Tuesday. Keep in mind this is my first time every knowing about the Tuesday deals. I went yesterday and they said sorry that was last weeks deal. Since once I switched I been having so many issues with my phone about the service being slow and I was promised that it was the fastest service that there is to be. My mobile hotspot is decent but all the hype on how it won’t be glitching etc that was a lie as well. When u call customer service they refer you back to the store and act like they don’t know what your talking about. I’m just beyond frustrated and tomorrow is only a month I had the service. So Decisions on what to do next.

I haven't been to the old Sprint store since they switched over to T-Mobile, but I did have a pleasant experience. I had dropped my phone and believe it or not even though it got run over by several cars it was still working . Shout out to OtterBox. However the screen did get cracked badly I got in the waiting queue. Pretty soon the manager Jake walked up to me and asked me if I had been helped. I told him I was waiting and he said he was managing but he could talk to me suddenly things began to happen quickly. Jake make sure my phone got looked at right away. They had the parts there and they only needed an hour and a half so I went to the food court and got some food. When I came back Prentiss met me at the door. This guy has phenomenal service. He saved me a lot of money by telling me that since my lease was up I could just pay off my phone and not pay rent later. I ended up paying my phone and my daughter's phone off and that will lower my phone bill. Also, he told me that we were eligible for upgrades. The bad news is some of these Legacy phones won't work after January due to the T-Mobile SIM card. I may finally get my wife to upgrade from her Note 5 which she's had for six or seven years! I upgraded my phone to the new SIM card for free. All in all it was a great day.
