We’ve been going to TLE for over 2 years and have had a great experience. Never any safety concerns, my daughter loves going and good communication. They helped us potty train and it was a smooth experience. Ms. Marissa is always so kind and tells me about her day. I love that her previous teachers stay in her life and check in on her. Ms. Sarah always says hello even though she hasn’t had her in a year and Ms. Jess always talks with her like she’s still her teacher. They send things home about what the kids are learning so we can do things at home. We look forward to more years with them.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost one year and i can truly say it’s been the best decision. I am so grateful to know so many amazing awesome teachers that have interacted with my daughter and taught her many new skills. I do want to shout out to Ms. Breanna in the preppers room. She has the biggest heart and has so much patience. She always has a smile on her face, and always reminds me that my daughter is in good hands. She takes her time to let me know how her day was, and always fills me in on different events or encourages me on different way to work on things at home with my daughter . I feel so happy to know my daughter is being taken care everyday. We love the learning experience and will recommend it to everyone .

Ms. Courtney, Ms. Hailey, and Ms. Breanna are absolutely wonderful. If you are like me and work full time this is the only facility I recommend. Your child is guaranteed to learn new things daily, and not want to leave.

My family and I love TLE-Gurnee. As a transplant from the city, we were in search of a day care that checks all of our needs. TLE has it all! Safety is a top priority for us and TLE-Gurnee is has that all!

Ms. Juliana, Ms. Marissa, and Ms. Courtney have been amazing!!! They make the day go by fast for my little one and have always been extra vigilant in making sure us the parents are comfortable and that our son is as well!! Our son has formed amazing relationships and always tells me good things about these teachers when he comes home. Ms Stephanie is his new teacher now and I have noticed a good relationship forming there as well.

I have to say that The Learning Experience is doing a phenomenal job all the way around!! Thanks to ALL the teachers our little one has grown leaps & bounds! In recognition of World Teacher's Day I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Stephanie in P3 for challenging her students in becoming world class learners. All the teachers are amazing here ! They patiently listen to the concerns and also let us know their daily activities and how your child is learning, I can’t thank enough for how much effort they put in as a normal human being to take care of our children as they too see lot of kids together and I’m sure it’s not easy to tackle I appreciate each and every teacher here at TLE.

It’s impossible to vote for only one teacher for World Teacher Day at TLE, but I will say that Ms.Tiana has been super nurturing to Elias as he has joined her classroom.. Thank you and the supportive staff for always being so nice.

Ms. Eniko is the kindest and happiest teacher! She made our daughter, Reagan, feel so welcomed and loved everyday she was in her classroom last year! We once saw her out at Costco and Reagan was SOOO excited to see her! She pointed and told me who she saw and ran up to give her a big hug! ❤️Now that Reagan has moved up to Preppers, she does not see Ms. Eniko unless in passing. We just want Ms. Eniko to know how much we appreciate all that she does and that we are forever grateful!Thank you!!!

This school has been the best to my son (6yo) and my newborn. All the teachers know their names even if they are not in their class! Mrs.Ann has done an amazing job with my clingy baby girl. She has made it a pleasure transitioning my baby to be comfortable away from me.The staff is amazing and always friendly with warm smiles. A great place for your babies to be safe while having fun. Not to mention they supply lunch for the kids and it is all organic and healthy. Beautiful childcare!

My son has been enrolled for a little while now and is in preschool 2, which is Ms. Julianna and Ms. Marissa’s class. I haven’t spoke to Ms. Marissa, but his father has mentioned that she is always kind and lets him know about our son’s day. His father is the main contact between his teachers, which has been mainly Ms. Marissa throughout the majority of the time my son has been attending TLE. I believe he’s only spoke to Ms. Julianna a handful of times, and from what he said the last time he spoke with her, it seemed like she was criticizing our son’s behavior and learning capabilities and was just stating all the things he needs to work on while never mentioning anything positive or reassuring. Being around other children and adults is all new to my son, who hasn’t had any prior exposure to a class setting or other kids in general, so he’s still learning about boundaries, listening, and how to play well with others. The other day when his father went to pick him up, he found out that our son sat in pee which really upset us both. Ms. Julianna should know who can and cannot use the potty unattended so something like that shouldn’t have happened, and of all days it was when Ms. Marissa wasn’t there. My son adores Ms. Marissa and always mentions he wants to see her again tomorrow, but I want him to feel like that with both his teachers and not just one. It’s reassuring to know that Ms. Marissa has patience with our son, and it makes me feel glad hearing that from his father since again he’s mainly the one who sees his teachers, but there have been days where our son has said he is sad when we’re taking him home. I’m not sure if he feels like that because other kids aren’t playing nice or if it stems from the teachers or a mix of both. His father has mentioned that there is one child that is almost always being rude/mean to our son when he gets picked up, and I don’t know if it’s just something that happens at the end of the day or something that goes on throughout the day. Overall the school is really nice, but I feel our son isn’t getting accustomed to it as much as he should.
