This was my first visit to Shipping point and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend for the shipping/notarizing needs.

I wish I could remember the name of the dude that helped me, but he really saved my life. I was totally stressed and defeated that day because my fiance had her visa interview and got approved pending that I send a document to her. In her country I know DHL is the most reliable courier option and this was the closest place that shipped with DHL. I went in, he helped me get everything entered but I gave him an incorrect direction on the address. I left, started heading home, and my fiance called to tell me the shipping label was incorrect.
I went back, explained the situation and thankfully DHL hadn't picked it up yet. He was able to fix the label, put my documents in a new enveloped with the new label, got it out. I shipped it Thursday, this location and DHL promised Monday Delivery, it arrived there with no issues and my fiance and I can finally close out this visa application and move forward with our lives together.
This location, and the gentleman that helped me, were literal life savers. So thank you, if anyone ever asks me where they can ship I'll name drop Shipping Point Gurnee every single time.

If it were possible to love running errands for work, it's only because of The Shipping Point. I've been shipping packages with them for a couple years now, with special requests and specific delivery dates and general weirdness, and the entire team has been outstanding. Every single person who works there is friendly, helpful, and just plain-ole' nice. Grateful to have found them, and will continue to use their services pretty much forever.

Stumbled across this place today after OfficeMax was unable to make copies of my diploma. I was greeted here by very kind employees and they were able to accommodate my request with all smiles. I will be going here for all of my future print and copy needs!
