Rooms: Need to do better house keeping. Lobby I seen a roach the sheets wasn't changed, then they bring new sheets balled up like they were dirty I won't stay in this hotel again in this city.

Will change review when fixed, I stayed recently over the 30th-1st and payed for late check out for 2 rooms. The lady at the front took 60$ cash, 30$ for each room and said we were all set. I then go and check my cards I used to book the room to see a 25$ charge on my debit and then another 25$ charge on my other card. They refunded one of the 25$ charges and have not on one and keep insisting they did. The fact that they have to lie and pull shit over 25$ is pathetic. Be careful when staying here. I have bank statement and photo proof of everything

This was rated too high for what you actually got. It wasn't very clean, from the lobby to the hallways, to the rooms. Our room keys deactivated 3 times daily, and no they weren't placed near cell phones. Nice employees. Breakfast wasn't too great. we tried eating there the first morning, but had to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. Sausage poor quality, with grizzle fat, they watered down the juices by approx 50%, the apple juice was almost colorless. the toaster was broken. The waffles were good. The fitness area... very small. Had some weights, and 2 machines, one of which was broken. I wouldn't rate it above a 2-star hotel. Probably won't be back.
