I had a10hp. Mercury from the 80's that broke down after many enjoyable years. I wewent to BASS PRO IN GURNEE AND SPOKE TO JACK AND TED AT THE TRACKER DESK.I needed a motor and they found one, had it ready in 24 hours so I could take it with me to South Carolina .I was in retail for over 40 years and I know what it means to execute. Kudos to them for a job well done.

I bought a new ATV from Bass Pro and love it!Everyone that worked with me on the purchase was wonderful! The store is awesome ☺️The service Technician's were very professional!They explained everything about the ATV and helped me load it on my truck! They are great!

Could not be more happy. Purchased a new Tracker boat and picked up from their service center. The staff was extremely nice and gave a thorough walk through and explanation of how to care for the boat. On the way out the wire harness on our vehicle was not working. The team wasted no time to jump in and fix the issue on our vehicle so that we could get on the road with our new boat. Highly recommend tracker marine, tracker marine service, and this shop particularly. They are a class act and deliver quality service.
