“I had dealings with Auto parts City. I am besides myself with the negative reviews about Auto Parts City. People used to leave negative reviews only for valid problems and not because they do not know how to use a phone or read or understand what’s been told to them. I have been pulling out of junkyards since the 80’s and if I didn’t want to pull the part myself off the vehicle then I called the yard and they pulled it off for me and they called me when it was ready. In those days people had thick skin also. If we did something wrong and we were told about it we didn’t run to Google and leave a bad review we didn’t have Google back then we had word of mouth but we never said anything we moved on or we went to the manager and settled it. There was no chicken scratch running and crying I’ll leave a bad review. Get over yourselves.”

“Took my friend to get a brand new 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid as not many dealers had it and my usual dealer did not have any currently and needed to wait. This dealership and especially our salesperson, Zach, are amazing, straightforward, and honest. I will definitely recommend them and it is a drive for me from Indiana but I will definitely bring my business and the friends that need assistance from here as they have transparency on a personal level with nothing left behind your backs. The sales manager, Leo, is honest and definitely a great person to deal with as he will listen to you and then keep working to get things rolling and finished for you. Recommend you to go to Zach and he will work to get the best possible deal for you whether it’s finance like us or lease with Leo to completely tie the ends properly. No add ons, no pressure to sell extras, and no mark ups or hidden fees. Will work around your needs and listen to you to work a deal for sure and Zach had helped us with the perfect car and deal on it despite being hard to source. Hidden gem dealership that you should not sleep on and try out at the very least and you will not be disappointed.”

“They explained that the product I was buying second hand had been tested and, so far at least, it's as good as new, so that's worth five stars. (The communication from their competitors lagged behind.)”

“I spoke with Karim as I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle for my family. Karim went out of his way to respond to me and give me all these insights about the previous car I owned and what I can expect. Karim gave me the confidence to go to my local dealership in California and help me get a solid deal. Even though I wasn’t able to give him my business he never stopped helping me. True professionalism and a master at what he does! These guys are the real deal and will for sure help you! Thank You for all your help!”

“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Mercedes-Benz SLC from Shane Lyons. I bought the car all the way from Mississippi, and the entire process was incredibly easy. We completed all of the paperwork online, and Shane made everything simple and straightforward. He was very helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire transaction. He kept me updated every step of the way, right up until the day I arrived to pick up the car. The whole process was seamless, and I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional salesperson, I highly recommend Shane Lyons. Thank you for making my long-distance car purchase so smooth and stress-free!”

“Great experience! Kevin was such a pleasure to interact with. The car was exactly as described, and he bent over backwards to have it ready for me to pick up in short order. The entire process was smoother than for any car I’ve purchased previously. I especially appreciated the way North Shore Classics encourages connecting the seller and buyer, ensuring a seamless transition of ownership of what are very special cars. In the few days since picking up my new classic, I’ve already learned so much about its history. It has made my connection with this car even deeper than I could have imagined, and I am grateful. I cannot recommend this team enough. Awesome experience!!!”

“Great vehicles with honest salesmen. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a used vehicle this is definitely the place to go. Overall it was a great and quick experience, and I absolutely love my Silverado!!! 3yr update - I still stand by everything I said, the truck has been awesome to me! Nothing but regular maintenance and repairs needed with age. All major and important components are still in solid shape, I won’t go anywhere else for a vehicle, and at this rate I won’t have to!”

“I just returned from having the Mercedes I purchased about one month ago in for a minor cosmetic service. My salesman, Josh, arranged everything and the service writer knew exactly why I was there the minute I pulled in. Over the years, my wife and i have purchased quite a few cars at some of the large auto groups in the northern suburbs. My experience at Knauz from purchase, and now to service, beats all of them. Great people make it all a great experience. I couldn't recommend Knauz highly enough. Go to Knauz for your next vehicle. Have a great experience.”

“Mike is the best to go to about your vehicle. Very honest and reliable. I first brought my car in 5 years ago when it got totaled. They fixed it within a few days for an extremely low price but excellent quality work. From then on Mike is the only one I call when I need work done. It’s nice knowing you’re not getting ripped off. I would recommend Mike and Lake County Auto Sales to everyone. 10/10”

“Buying a used car is a bit scary because you don't know what you are going to get. Not a lot of sales hassle. I got a decent used car. Abraham and Javier took good care of me. Excellent customer service, they helped me with questions and concerns. I left feeling good about the purchase. I have bought a few used cars, and this one felt much better than some previous purchases. I would return.”
