“Reclaimed Artisans is a gem of a business. Can't say enough good things. Eric and co. do a great job of finding sellers with a great selection of furniture and home items. Always find something great and my house is filled with items from RCA. Love finding excuses to keep going back even though I don't always need something. Love that there is a good mix of antique originals and rehabbed items. The perfect place to shop for unique gifts and for my home built in 1915. If you get lucky and go when a seller is working on their section, you can get some deals too.”
“I just love Upscale so much! The sections are organized so you can find items based on what you're looking for- from clothing to kitchenware to furniture and lighting. I love their mission, and they have half off sales relatively frequently. The inventory changes and I find new treasures every time I go! Especially recommend to anyone looking for interesting furnishings.”
“It’s a very well organized store with really nice employees. Love the half off sale! I understand it is a consignment store but prices were a bit high for my liking.”
“There’s an insane of amount of stuff packed into this one unique store, definitely take your time going through everything because I’m sure you’ll walk out with something”
“Discovered this shop on my visit to downtown Grayslake. Five star experience from start to finish. Loved exploring all the books and crannies each filled with different treasures. I can't wait to come back and explore some more. Friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience for both my sister and I. Highly recommend!”
“This opens up only at certain times of the year but when it is open. It’s one of the best places to visit for any antique or even newer items. Chances are, you can find anything you’re looking for here. Overall, a great place to visit, prices vary by seller, and what you find depends on the time you go.”
“Great place!! The Salvation Army in general as an organization truly does help people in the struggle. I don't think people realize the Salvation Army is more than just a set thrift stores. In my time of need SA was there to help me in my battles.”
“This is a thrift store supporting aid to disenfranchised people. It is clean and organized. It has a staffing issue like most other businesses. I wonder if the complainers have ever held a job or if they think they're in Neiman Marcus.”
“I always have a good experience here , not sure why there is so many bad reviews . Workers are always polite, Mimi is a sweetheart , Avery is always professional and kind , and their assistant manager is also great. They also host great events . People can’t get mad that their clothes aren’t being bought when you have to remember they will only buy clothes that can make them money. If you are in Libertyville, I would definitely give this place a chance!”
“Big selection of clothes with a lot of different stuff to choose from. Many other household items and unique items to find. If you like thrift stores it's definitely worth browsing. I was glad to see it wasn't too dirty or have a bad smell.”
