I have no idea how anyone uses the USPS anymore. Every location is rude, could not care less about your packages and nothing is ever on time. Multiple times per month my mail is delivered to a house a street over with the same numbers a mine, completely different street name. Requested that my mailbox be moved to a safer location than across the main road of our subdivision (only house in the whole neighborhood that has this problem btw) and was basically brushed off and lied to about why it wasn't possible. Tried to escalate the issue, never got a call back or anything (shocker). I go out of my way to use any service other than this one and gladly pay more for UPS or Fedex at every opp. Hopefully someone can turn this service around someday

Went to walk in hours for passports. The customer service was terrible and riddled with wrong information. If you need a passport, go to the Round Lake Public Library. Not only was the service more efficient (we applied for three passports in less than 25 minutes) but also the staff was way more friendly. Round Lake Public Library is open daily and they take walk-in’s from open to close. Martin could have told me this the first time I was there, but instead opted to treat me very disrespectfully on both occasions that I stopped to attempt to apply for passports for my children and I. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the library.

Called Dan with a clogged kitchen sink and he arrived within 2 hours. Had years of stringy vegetable residue that he promptly cleaned. Fairly priced and clean worksite afterwards

I walked in without appointment and they helped me with every step to get a passport renewal done. They had the form with them. I just needed to bring the documents needed to mail with the form.

A package sent to a customer from us with signature. recording on the tracking number stated they attempted to deliver this package on 1/11/2025 at 7:41 am in GURNEE, IL, package was refused AND just 3 hours later the same package tracking stated they attempted to deliver it back to us in the Bronx on 1/11/2025 @ 10:16 am and the delivery was refused How is that possible.

Less than two weeks before my vacation and the mail carrier sent my package back to the sender stating addresse unknown when she know good and well I live here. She was suppose to live the package in the mail room and instead sent my package back. I am furious!!!

I am new to the Brookhaven apartments and always assigned staff is leaving the packages wrong. For example, I leave my packages at another door, I have also left packages in the mail box, you must pay close attention to the numbers on the door. Now I have lost packages due to their poor work.

I've had a PO box here since 2013. Never had a problem. But since all the original desk staff left (post covid) the service from the replacement staff, has been terrible. I dread having to do anything other than pick up my mail or packages and leave. Today, I was there to pick up a package I received a notification on 2 days prior. The supervisor is who offered assistance. I explained and added but there wasn't a physical notification in the box. Instantly optioned to dismiss any further assistance, saying she can't help because they haven't dispensed the po boxes yet. My next question was going to be if it's in the building you can go get it. But it eventually dawned on her to do so before I said it. Acted like it was an inconvenience. All 3 minutes that it took her to walk back and get it. Like she had somewhere to be, while being paid to do her job. No reason I'd have to leave and come back when it was 3 minutes from where she was standing. Terrible customer service. The guy with glasses is even worse. They all seem to wear air pods. It's the contrast between professional and the lack there of.

Twice I was home all day for my package( July 6th and July 8th) but they never attempted to delveried my order and left a note IN MY MAILBOX claiming no one was home. When I was home all day both day. I have a ring cam also and no one on both day even came to the door
