Went in to pick up an online order. Staff was attentive when I walked in and helped me right away. This was my second time here. The first time, the store was very busy and we still received good customer service.

Not the greatest location. Was super impressed with the service we were provided. Except when we went to a different location to double check the order and new plans we made; the original representative from gurnee did everything wrong. The address for things to be shipped wasn’t correct; gave improper pricing on literally everything. Didn’t add my fiancés military discount like he said nor did he waive the activation fee like he said. The guy was extremely nice but if you’re going to put a plan together at least make it correct and don’t just rush people out because you’re closing soon.

This place was a joke. We were trying to quickly get a phone because my husband's screen was BLACK. The guy was very rude that greeted us to check us in. He said we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Then there was a lot of walking around and not helping going on. Very poor customer service. I then expressed that while I was there I wanted a iPhone since I was there and he said no wait 2 weeks the price will drop because he has already checked out my husband. If there was a closer store to me, I'd definitely be going there.

The lengths that the employees at this store go to not do any actual work is really impressive. Just needed to purchase a new iPhone. Waited for 30min after being checked in, only to watch no less than 7 different employees walk back and forth from the back room and take smoke breaks, all while making sure to not to make eye contact with any customers was truly comical. Save your sanity and go to another Verizon store. Place is a joke

Don't waste your time with Verizon or the people in this store especially Mary and Marilyn the managers. They have bad attitudes and the customer is always wrong. They badmouth customers behind their backs and to other customers. If they don't sell you a phone they don't want to help you.

Mary, the manager greeted me at the door with a smile. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding(I had a long list lol). Highly recommend friends and family to this store. Thanks again for the Terrific service!

Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this company. I’m being charged for internet I can’t even use because of their ongoing “system issues”. Was given the run around twice when I went in the store, the female manager or whatever she is there offered a “solution” that I was told wouldn’t fix anything. I say all this to say, spend your dollars elsewhere, this ain’t worth the fight nor the money. Bye.

I didn’t go in a store. I tried to get someone on the phone. After spending 18 hours trying to resolve my problem with many different people trying, I finally found someone that was smart. He resolved my simple problem of asking for a hard copy of my bill. Now I know what my bill is.

Stopped in to just pick up a sim card hc the version customer service asked me to stop here. The lady just didn't want to hand me a sim card which was a simple request. She wanted me to wait an hr. Before she can give one. I get it they are busy but fail to multitask a very simple request that does not require customer to wait an hr.!

Went there to give back a iPhone that I upgraded. I didn’t know when I upgraded the phone that I will be charged a rebate bring your own phone talk to customer service on the phone princess was her name very help and understanding about the situation she said to take phone in and I would not be charged a restocking fee for the miss understanding so I went to the corporate store inGurnee, Illinois a rep started to help me told him the situation and he stated we don’t waive the the restocking fee and don’t care what was on the notes from customer service told him to ask a manager to waive the fee and he was standing right there and said absolutely not I don’t care what’s on the notes here we don’t waive fees you would think it a corporate store they would honor what what’s on the notes .. so I took my phone and walked out of the store a printed out the pre label princess sent she already know what was going to happen princess should give them lesson in customer service
