It was my first time visiting vision works had my exam done & my eyes checked from Dr. Andrew j Gunn he was patient and did a great job then picked out my glasses it was great can’t wait to go back!! ?

The doctor was nice but they try to upsell so much on their expensive glasses. I asked for my pupillary distance so I can get glasses from a more affordable place, and they refused to give me the info. They don't care about your vision, they care about making profits on overpriced glasses. Go online to get your glasses and save mad money.

If I could just not give any star and rate them... This is the worse place ever... Worse customer service... please dont waste your time or your money there. There are 3 people one of them os just sitting there watching and giving instructions to the others even tho they are in the middle of a conversation. They guy who is just sitting in front of the computer was the rudest they just trying to take advantage and charge with whatever... very unprofessional and rude! Please don't go there!

I went to this place last week for a pair of new of glass and it cost in total $673 with copay myself $105.
When I selected the frame a agent promised they will give me a new frame but today when I pick up glasses I found the frame have many scratches and they sold me a pair of demo frame. Also the lense is has many dent on it.
So when you come to this place you will get a pair of glasses as photos showed. The doctor is nice but the agents are very unprofessional and totally not worth the money even your have a good insurance cover it. I will see if someone could help me.
Update: the store manager Nate helped me resolve the issue. I appreciate his help.

Great experience! Definitely recommend. The doctor is amazing. Very informative. Briel was very helpful in helping me choose my 1st and 2nd pair. Amazing deals. Buy one get one free.

Just recently went for an eye exam and new glasses. Very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful, especially the young lady who helped me pick out my frames. Bigger frame selection.. affordable prices.. Recommend this location
