Grand/21 store is continuing to decline as far as getting any Rx filled. They get a Rx sent to them electronically and it takes 3-4 days to get it filled. This has happened to several family members also that NEED the medication. Walgreens explanation is that "their suppliers" aren't getting the meds to them, or the Rx get microfilled or picked up by the microfiller and they don't even see the Rx at the store. This has to stop. I called for a delayed Rx and was told it was going to be delayed a few more days. Then the pharmacist said, "wait let me see if I have it here." What?? isn't that what a pharmacy does??? I'm sorry this new way of doing things is so ridiculous and needs to stop. Walgreens is more worried about having the most buildings out there and not having the medications available. I switched my family and elderly parents over to Osco. They have not had any problems since. My turn

I shop here regularly. I came in on Saturday night, browsing the make up section clearance items. Browsing the make up specialist starts following me up and down the aisle, giving me the impression that she thinks I put something in my pocket, where my wallet is that I keep my hand on. Walked away, immediately, picked out other grocery items and head to the checkout counter. Make up girl is there talking to the cashiers, whom all fell silent when I approached to be rung out. It was SO OBVIOUS what they were conspiring. I felt embarrassed and belittled by 3 employees who are half my age.

The pharmacy at this location is teriible. the staff has a very bad attitude. They do not follow through with things they are supposed to and your prescription is always either out of stock or something is supposed to be insurance verified and they do not do it in a timely manner which causes a delay in getting your medication. This has been my pharmacy for 20 years and the service has declined over the past year or two. i wish I could give them a big fat 0 stars. Absolutely terrible!

The score would be higher if there wasn't an absolute infestation of large spiders in their drive thru. If you have any sort of arachnophobia make sure to go when you have the ability to walk in. It would be one thing if it was a local issue but it's not.

The bathroom at this healthcare facility hasn't been cleaned in years. It reeks of dried urine and feces. The bathroom in the lake county jail drunk tank is cleaner than the Walgreens pharmacy in Gurnee.Years ago Walgreens quit using a cleaning service to save $$$. This mess is a direct reflection of local leadership accepting that the bathroom looks like this, day in and day out for years.

Total $hit show pharmacy. Nobody answers the phone, but if you go there everyone is standing around. It's been like this for 2 years. STAY AWAY.

The pharmacy is terrible! They take 3 or more days to fill your important medication! They have long wait times on the phone & when they FINALLY answer they hang up on you!

This pharmacy 90% makes you wait 30 plus minutes to answer phone and the staff is very rude … not helpful at all…telling me medication is out of stock so I need to go call other pharmacy such as cvs or sams club and and ask if they have in stock…they should know better , that info is not given to freely public … the staff at this Walgreens should not say that to customers. Instead , they should help you look for other Walgreens locations who do have it in stock so I can call docs office to transfer to a Walgreens that DO have it in stock instead of making it so difficult to get my ‘monthly medication .
