Scheduled an appointment online for minute clinic for 11:00 and would not see me because there was an error with the date of birth. Instead of being able to show them my ID with the correct DOB they made me wait while someone without an appointment go ahead of me. Still waiting to be seen.

Just had a very positive experience with the Take Care clinic. Made my appointment online, checked-in 15 minutes before appointment, name was called on schedule, got my two vaccinations, and I was on my way!

This is based solely on the clinic side of the business. What a hot mess! I checked in at 9:04 am with one ahead of me. I didn't get out until 11:00 am. Nothing but waiting. Something in the process appears to be broken. Go to a Dr. folks, not worth the aggravation. Everything else in Walgreens is A+. Clinic . . . never... read full comment
