Zytek Services was great about fixing my computer. My computer is a 7 years old and the battery was no longer holding a charge so I decided to replace the battery. When trying to do the replacement I stripped the screw. Zytek was able to get into my computer (despite the stripped screw) and replaced my battery perfectly. They were quick, friendly and great! I recommend this place highly for computer services.

This is the ONLY place I will take any of my computers for repair. I have been going there for years and had a variety of work done - replacing a hard drive and recovering material from the old hard drive, repairing ports on a laptop, changing from one computer to another, and many more tasks. Work was always completed quickly, costs were very fair, and a good explanation came with all work. I would love for every computer technician to be as good.

Paul was nothing short of excellent throughout the entire process. PC was having major issues, and I needed to stay in contact with him constantly for a third party. Very friendly, very responsive, incredible prices, the whole works. Calls back very quickly and is very thorough with what he does. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for anything computer-related.

When the pandemic started I had to begin working at home. Zytek helped me set up my office. They worked with me to set up a docking station that was compatible with my work computer. I was on a budget and they worked with me to get everything set up perfectly from finding the equipment needed. They are VERY professional and kind. If you are working from home and need help call Zytek.
