“Yesterday we made it in time for the last day of their 4th of July sales. We had stopped by there over the weekend and worked with Roy to pick out three appliances and that prices. He was very patient and knowledgeable of all the appliances. He was also very thorough and answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured when other customers walked into the store. We were very impressed how willing he was to price match other prices we had gotten and gave us the best deals! Now we can also look forward to $800 worth of 4th of July rebates they were giving toward purchases. We were very please with the service and will continue to shop there even though we live in richmond, il, even though it is quite a distance from Libertyville, IL. We feel like Roy went over and beyond his job ... way to go!”

“We were there this afternoon. JD did an amazing job. I believe that's his name. We went in there to get a phone case. Then we decided to go with a screen protector. He made sure he explained the plan that if we had the screen protector if we paid for the insurance on the phone then it would be covered for free however we had not. He was very informative. Made sure that we were informed with everything that he was selling us explained everything put the screen protector on and did an amazing job. We live in Wauconda the store in Wauconda no longer exist. We went down there and then again when to above & beyond.. Thank you guys. We found our new store..”
“Today we got really lucky and received help from Ivan N. We just made the switch to T - Mobile, two new phones and internet service, we’re a little older and not very high tech and Ivan got us up and running in no time. I can’t say enough about how patient, kind and courteous Ivan was, he also took his time and walked us step by step through the internet router installation process, when we got home we did everything he said and we were good to go in just a few minutes, what a nice kid, smart too. It had been a few decades since I'd purchased new appliances so I was starting from scratch with no knowledge of what's available now. Paul never tired of my questions. His knowledge base is the best I've ever experienced. He not only did a home visit to see my kitchen's needs but he also met me a few times in the store. Additionally, he walked me through my BB reward options so that I got the best deal possible. My experience with Paul was a SOLID 5 star experience. Thank you Paul!”

No matter the day or time, Will always has the biggest smile on his face and genuinely makes the experience better. He’s friendly, welcoming, polite, and always takes a moment to say hi and ask how people’s day is going. That small interaction makes a bigger difference than people realize.
I’ll honestly wait in the self-checkout line if it means Will is there, because his attitude and positivity set the tone for the whole visit. Target is lucky to have him.”

“I highly recommend Vernon Hills T-Mobile. I could not get my google assistant to work. Something I've never had a problem doing. I came in frustrated and was helped by a young lady named Jennifer. The problem stumped her at first as well. But she diligently and patiently went through all the troubling shooting steps and then some to help me. I am a combat Veteran and try to stay away from stress. The ability to use the assistant when i'm driving and concentrate on the road is very important to me. The assistant helps me and relieves alot of driving stress. Thank you Jennifer, for your patience, your experience, and your great personality.

I have had them out here several times and have never had an issue with them. They even swung by to check on us while working at another shop nearby! Nick, Kleat and Lucas exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and work ethic. I will never use another audio/visual company. I would suggest them 100%!!!!!!!”
