They really do a great job! I have gotten my nails done here in the past and most recently took my daughter for a pedicure in their little pink fairy chair! What a spectacular experience and wonderful service.
The only complaint would be the location because turning into that plaza is miserable!

First time here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t accept a walk in an hour before your going to close if you are just going to rush through the job on top of that be rude during the whole service.

I've gone to this nail salon for a long time on and off. The work is inconsistent. I got 2 no chips done here recently and they started chipping a day after I got them done. The girl was in a rush to finish me up and didn't do a great job.

Lida is the best nail tech! If you ever happen to be in the grayslake area ask for her. She does such
great job with nails and toes!

Lida was absolutely everything I look for in a nail tech. Very kind, gentle, and absolutely slayed my nails :D I was only there for about an hour and she did a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure with no flaws. I’ll most definitely be coming back!

I came here from a recommendation from my kids as they come here a lot. Welp I did nit finish my service. It seems like the lady was mad cause she had to do a pedicure. She was rough and did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut down she did what she wanted. She then grab my foot out the water bowl very rough and that was it for me.

I have been a customer of Fab Nails for a long time and today I walked in for a pedicure and it was completed in 20 minutes and to top it off I could have walked out without paying because three employees sat in the front talking and ignored me as I asked if I could cash out. I am SO disappointed in how this has gone down hill. I miss T. Where did you go?

Almost cut my finger with the scissors because she was going too fast and my nails don’t even look good. Chop shop, they got me in and out. Will not be returning.
Edit: had my nails soaked off and they are completely destroyed, part of my nail has a literally hole. Really really regret choosing this place.

Navi is AMAZING OMG!! I got a french mani and pedi, it’s the best one I’ve ever gotten.
Care to know why? I’ll tell you
- professional and experienced (clearly), used a fine tip nail polish and effortlessly painted the French tip on my nail IN ONE TRY!
- cleaned up my nails so well!!
Usually a nail tech might tug a little on the skin surrounding my nail but none of that happened with Navi.
- went back to clean up some skin surrounding my nail with the scissor things when she could’ve just left it as is, but she is a detailed queen!!
Not to mention the care and precision of her work when she went to do my toes.
Gosh I could go on and on about her! I haven’t had the best experiences with other nail techs at this nail salon but for some reason I just had a little moment of trust and I’m so glad I gave in bc Navi is the BEST!

My daughter and I went in and requested the technician Navi, they said she works be able to do her nails not even 10 minutes of working on my daughters nails she shot up from her chair and said I have to go. I have to pick up my child from daycare. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. All they needed to say was unfortunately she has to leave and will not be able to do your nails we would have came back for another appointment. Then the technician that took care of me was rushing and got upset because I asked her to fix my nail as I was getting a full set and they were glued on uneven. The technician was upset and began to speak to the other technician I'm their language I'm sure about me. I was completely disappointed with the service we received today. Unfortunately. This will be the last visit here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Worst customer service that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The nail tech was extremely rude and talking about me the whole experience and she also said a really hateful thing about black people. She said that black people can’t afford to pay.

I haven’t had a pedicure in over 10 years, because the last time I had one done, the nail technician (not here!) was really rough on my feet & it hurt. The older lady who did my pedicure here was very gentle! And they have a whole wall of “regular” nail polish, so if you don’t want gels or acrylics, that’s fine.
I will likely be back with my daughter!

I have been here many times so I made an appointment with a nail tech that I know is good.
She was so rushed and rude. She barely trimmed my cuticles and painted my nails so fast that there was polish on my cuticles. When I asked her to fix multiple nails but she seems annoyed.
It was honestly the worst mani I’ve gotten. The worst part is that she made it seem like they actually looked good.
I will not be returning.
