Me and my husband went threw the drive threw and asked for 2 drinks… my husbands drink was correct but unfortunately mine was not… we asked for a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino but rather then paying attention to what was being said they gave us a normal caramel Frappuccino…. I was very upset and disappointed… it didn’t taste good at all and think they can definitely do a lot better

Not my favorite Starbucks location to go to. Don't have a good relaxing experience when coming here. Order from app and get in and out. Only thing I get food wise is from Starbucks is their banana nut bread and their refreshers drinks. Coffee wise is not good quality.

Rude Rude Rude... I came in as usual. Obviously gave a tip "before" service which is a scam. Waited 25min. I asked twice for my order, just to be told, you have to wait, we're busy. Fine, I understand, but some consideration has to be given to the folks waiting in the store vs mobile orders and drive-up.At the 30min mark, I asked for my money back... as now I'm getting late for work. The barista, at the register was rude (he wasn't doing anything if there wasn't a customer at the register BTW). He rolled his eyes... Really?So, then I asked for my tip back as well. He said he can't give back tips. Wow. You can take the tip, regardless of the service after, then not be able to give the tip back if the service was terrible... like waiting 30min for one drink. Thus, my 30min waste of time cost me $2? Ridiculous ...I insisted on the $2, so he grabbed $2 out of the tip jar and slammed it on the counter. In front of other folks. So, I graciously moved the $2 back to him and said you probably need this more than I do.*if he would not have rolled his eyes at me or slammed the $2 on the counter, I would have just taken my refund and walked out. But the fact that Starbucks (and others) expect the tip prior to service is absurd).

I LOVEEEE THIS STARBIES... BUTTTTT... 10/17/23 at like 6:45 am? my mom usually places an online order while i pick it up for her.. i guess today i had showed up a little early? BUT IN MY DEFENSEEE usually there's a fat ass line when i pull up... but some girl with glasses came to me gave me my drink and was like "you need to come 10 minutes after you placed your order. we only have one bar." like first of all wtf is one bar.. you coming at me like i know wtf that is and like my bad time police... lmfao no fr my bad for showing up early but sis you was in my face rude about it. you could've easily said "hey you think you could place your order earlier? just so we have better time?" orrrr if she would've told me to come inside and wait for it, i would've too.. i literally just try to waste time in the morning anyways but like dang shorty it was never that serious but since it is THAT SERIOUS ima make my lil review.. NOW MY MAN AT THE WINDOWWWWWW... that man.. so sweet. i love him. honestly he made up with his kindness, he helped me with my lil usual coaster and a stopper because the girl could've gave it to me but she was on some power trip or some... no but the lil light skin in the window, he's so fun!! honestly give him a raise because it if wasn't for him making me laugh i would've FASHO snapped on shorty cause she was soo rude i was not feeling her vibes this morning at allllll. love this starbies but yeah the girl in the glasses needs better customer services skills, or leave it up to my boy at the window.

Ordered grande matcha w oat milk and it was just straight up milk barley any matcha and I ordered a mango dragonfruit with LEMONADE a couple weeks ago and they gave me it with water. If they ran out they could’ve just said that so I wouldn’t have to waste peoples times and waste my money and deal with a drink I didn’t even enjoy.

I was there last Friday to order a Venti PSL, my drink taste nothing like PSL, didn’t have whipped cream and it was half full, I went inside to tell them that the order was wrong but the Barista got mad and he told me that’s how he prepared the venti, the other employees were just staring at me… I feel so embarrassed, I was really disappointed. :(

my friend order at 3:34 and it is 4:02. we only ordered 3 drinks and are still waiting on one more. they take the drive thru orders before making ones that were scheduled ahead. you should go to the grayslake one its not far and they get it done in 5 minutes even less. would not recommend.

While I understand a rush(I order to go every morning) today was just shocking to me. I believe the manager was who I had to speak with. Unfortunately, my interaction with him lead to this review today. This is my local Starbucks and I come here every morning before work, grab my drink and leave. Today I had to wait. And I didn’t question it or say anything. The manager was clearly overwhelmed, asking us in line who we are, what we’re waiting for. He stated we all have several drinks(I ordered one) and he was flat out rude. The atmosphere when I walked in was not the same atmosphere I walk into every morning. When my order was ready he slide my drink across the counter aggressively. Again, I understand a rush, I understand people can feel overwhelmed. My coffee is a part of my morning routine. I will not be back here for a while. After the attitude numerous waiting customers received and how my drink was presented to me, it was unacceptable and not what I would expect from this location. I am a regular here and have never experienced such an interaction. I have never been made to feel like my order was a burden. 1 star for the unprofessionalism. There is a dunkin across the street with a manager that works the drive through and never has such a temper.

I know it's a busy place, especially in the mornings, but today the drive-thru was not busy at all. I've been into the store before and they're friendlier indoors than the drive-thru. Today's visit was a bit disappointing, I corrected my order once but was not corrected and when I wanted to use my scanner for stars, the person at the window told me it was too late because he already processed the order. The guy needs to improve his customer service skills and not be as dismissive.

Male Barista at the window told me I look like I shop at Kmart. I think y’all need to train them to roast the coffee not the customers at the window. Didn’t order insult in my latte today, thanks though! I order online to not have conversation due to the behaviors I whiteness from the baristas, obviously didn’t dodge him this time.

Ordered online so I could run in and pick it up in the store. Got there, sign on the door states drive through only! The line is all the way around the building! Stop taking online orders if this is what's going to happen!

hey eveyone! I just went to this location about 20 minutes to an hour ago and very poor customer service, I ordered a small green tea mocha frappe and a chocolate cake pop. I didn't tell them that I was using apple pay. I put my phone on the card reader and he said the cashier/barista (short bearded rat) said to me "we don't mind read people's mind, you have to tell us that your using apple pay" to me that is VERY poor customer service, you should not talk to a 13 year old child like that, so the guy bullied me into giving him a tip even though he didn't deserve it. we always go to that starbucks but we go in the drive thru. the one time I go in they talk to me like that. the ambiance of him was very rude the attitude and the talk. overall the atmosphere of the place was very fine. the food was dry. but the drink was fine.
