Michelle is probably the kindest store clerk/cashier I’ve ever met. I came in probably an hour before closing, was shuffling for 30 minutes trying to rush and print pictures for a celebration of life tomorrow. Obviously events like this are unexpected. She was clearly running around and busy already but she gave me a cord to plug in my phone and helped me get all 110 photos I needed printed. She rushed my order for me as well because originally it said it wouldn’t be ready until the next morning when we finally got everything figured out. Michelle is amazing and so kind and compassionate! Especially for me being so last minute and late. Thank you guys so very much.

The service attitude is extremely poor. I injured my foot. When I returned the goods in this store, I changed 3 cash registers and told me that I could only give me store gift cards. I used it to buy cigarettes and was told that I could not buy cigarettes and alcohol. If a store's gift card could not buy a certain item, it should be like a customer's reminder instead of telling me why I didn't ask in advance.

Horrible service. Call for my prescription they tell me a time I come not ready back later. I come back later and they told me no not till Thursday. I said oh no I’m waiting. The girl at the cashier was very nonchalant like oh it’s no big deal. Yes, it is a big deal. I’m changing pharmacies. This is awful. This has happened to me before. Phone automated system doesn’t work well either always making mistakes.

If you don't have good customer service skills, do not work in customer service. I am BEYOND sick of being cut off mid conversation by your employees when trying to inquire or ask information about my prescriptions. It's RUDE!!!
The lack of knowledge when it comes to insurance too, is ridiculous. DO BETTER.

For the Pharmacy Department i want to say the whole team in the pharmacy was very helpful on a refill for my family member and they answer my question about a refills on medication that couldn't found an other walgreens location

The service is usually good, the ENTRY LEVEL employees are nice. So why am I only giving the store 2 stars you ask? Well 20 minutes ago I asked the clerk where Q tips were. He was nice, he asked his manager because he didn't know exactly where they were and the manager was mean to him for asking a question. It's better to ask and learn then guess wrong. I hate to be a Karen but the clerk just asked his manager a simple question. Treat your employees better.

Been using this Walgreens for nearly 20 years. Overall impression is same as other Walgreens I've used. Slow. Can be very slow in checking out. Many times there is a line of 5 or 6 people, some of whom have cart full of stuff and a million coupons. The wait can be frustrating. But this is common to most Walgreens stores, so... The pharmacy is pretty good, and service there is relatively quick depending on time of day. Drive up is better. But even there, long waits can happen. Parking is very good and store is generally clean and orderly.

Don’t go to their pharmacy! The staff their is rude, and i received a message that my sons antibiotics where ready for pick up, so I loaded up my son who was feeling super sick, went all the way their and they said it hadn’t been processed yet!!! They why tell me it’s ready for pick up??? They told us it would be ready in 20 mins. It’s now 3 hours later and still not ready!
