“I dropped off my car at Dobbs to have a noise in the steering wheel repaired. A bit later, the store manager called me to tell me what was wrong with it to see if I wanted to have the problem repaired which I agreed to. When I went back around 430 to pick up the car the guy at the counter wasnt very friendlyas a matter of fact his personality and or attitude kinda sucked. I just paid over $300 in repairs and the dude didn't even say thank you as I was leaving!! Unreal. YOUR WELCOME!!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this store. It had been a rough morning, as I woke up to a flat tire. I pride myself on being handy, but I didn’t have the tools to replace a rotted tire valve, and no one else had them nearby. So, I drove into a Discount Tire.
The first impression was a clean and professional environment. I stood in line for less than a minute before Robert, who was already busy, greeted me. I explained that I needed a valve stem repair, and he quickly went out to my car, grabbed the tire, and repaired my stem in less than three minutes.
The level of customer service was truly remarkable. It’s evident that customer service is a top priority for this company, and I will definitely be returning.”
