I cant recommend Harold and his team enough!! On 12/3/25 I got stranded at the gas station near the collision center. My tire busted, it was ice and snow everywhere, i had no cell reception to call AAA for help. The gas station where I landed wouldn't even let me use their phone, I walked over to the collision center where I was greeted by Harold the owner. He didnt even hesitate to help me, even though he doesn't even deal with tires!!! He and his crew walked over to the gas station, got my jeep to his shop and changed my tire!!!!! I cant believe how much amazingly caring Harold,Bobby, and Nick were to me. They literally SAVED me. I was an hour from home and stranded in the snow. I will forever go there to get work done from now on. Its very hard to find honest kind people these days!!!

I was referred to Harold by a friend, after checking Google reviews, I decided to let them fix my car which had sustained heavy damage from hitting a deer. After I contacted Harold he went above and beyond what I had expected. I have felt like I was in good hands since the initial call. I asked him how long he'd been doing this work and he told me 45 years. Definitely will use him from now on.

I really appreciate Tri-State Collision(TSC).Let me tell you my story. On January 18, 2022, my car was dented when a pick up truck backed into it at the Hy-Vee parking lot. The other driver’s insurance company approved the claim and asked who I wanted to fix it, I Googled for repair shops and decided to use Tri-State Collision to fix my car. They fixed my car, it looked like new, I was happy, and that could’ve been the end of the story.Four months later someone told me that my brake light on the driver side was not working. When I had it checked the bulb, it seemed fine, and I wondered if the problem was caused by the accident. I called Tri-State Collision and they said to bring it on in and they would look at it. Turns out it was just a bulb problem, but they put in a new bulb and it worked fine. when I asked how the owner how much I owed them, he said “no charge”. I don’t know if it was the fault of the accident or not, but they probably didn’t have to fix it, yet they did. And I appreciate that. If I if I ever need collision repair work again, you can bet I will call Tri-State Collision!

I do not give 5 stars easily. However, not only did Harold and crew do a beautiful job repairing my fender, but they also seemed to go out of their way to accommodate my special handicap needs. At one point I said to Harold, "Why are you being so good to me?" He looked at me and said, "Isn't a guy allowed to do a nice thing?" I would recommend these guys any day!Service: Body & Trim

Have been going to Tri-State Collision for the past 14 years at least. Just got my 5th vehicle repaired there. Harold and his crew once again did a great job at a good price. Please check them out.
