“We were in the middle of a 23 hour road trip when our engine light came in with a notification regarding the emissions system. This turned out to be quite a big issue. We stopped in as a walk-in customer and they immediately looked at our vehicle, gave us a quote and started the work right away. This turned out to be a 5 hour job that took them to closing time. Never once did we feel like a burden. This team was amazing, they gave THE BEST customer service we have ever had at any mechanic. I would most definitely recommend this business. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!”
“I was visiting my daughter from SC without my husband when I got a flat tire just outside of Arthur. My car doesn't have a spare and is a weird size. Brian came within 15 minutes to check out the problem. They had to order the tire but it was done by the next day lunch time! Jenny even offered me a ride to my daughter's house. They were so nice, so helpful, and they didn't charge me a crazy amount. They could have really charged almost anything but it was even less than my husband estimated! Thank you so much! If you need anything near Arthur go to them!”
