Never works when I go. Went last week, paid for basic wash, pulled into garage and all it did was spray a tiny bit of soap and that was it. It's happened quite a few times. Will never go there again.

After it charged us, all wash lights turned off and wash stopped working before it even got started. No way to contact and cancel or report. Phone number doesnt work.

Will never use this car wash again. I paid $7.00 it soaped it and rinsed off and then just quit. I also had to back out of the stall. They need to put some money into that car wash.
